The absolute worst run medical office I have EVER experienced. I never wait less than 15 minutes trying to schedule an appointment. They’re always doing the billing incorrectly. My insurance, although clearly in place, is never processed in a timely fashion. Even if I’m going the route of self-pay, I’m not afforded the “privilege” of scheduling an appointment. I have been going to this office for 15 (!) years. For the past 4 years, my twice yearly visits have been a nightmare. I have never written a review of anything, or any one. But just in case you’re on the fence, a newborn in hand, dealing with actual serious medical issues and don’t want the extra headache of dealing with an antagonistic doctors office that can’t handle the business of their patients, DO NOT go here.
