Bar Katana Kitten reviews
15Deserved reputation for high quality cocktails - well prepared and strong - at a reasonable cost. As others have stated there is no pretense here. Just a cool spot that's both laid back and highly professional. Worth it.
Super cute and cozy cocktail bar! Loved the drinks we tried: Panda fizz, meguroni, the highballs, martini
Would recommend for casual drinks. Didn't have to book just walked in and waited about 10mins.
The food (we ordered a katsu sando) was not great but ok if you need something to snack on with alcohol. The food is not the reason to come here.
We were seated in the basement, with the best low lighting, locals only vibe. Upstairs had a different feel, but either way don't sleep on this place. Great cocktails, inventive apps!
I can't understand how this place won awards for best bars in north america. Small place, normal decor, average drinks. Weird bartender! Extremely overrated
One of the world’s best bars and I can see why. The drinks were so smooth and the staff was pleasant and attentive. Very cool
Best bar I've been to in NYC. Amazing drinks, music and service! Guaranteed great night.
Great little bar with fantastic drinks! Quite expensive but that's to be expected. There's a downstairs and an upstairs, and the downstairs is definitely cozy and warm! Their drink Panda Fizz was absolutely delicious, and so was their calamari.
Excellent cocktails and pop fujimi chicken. They have a few outdoor tables in warm weather!
Katana Kitten is definitely a fun spot, with dive bar vibes and fun cocktails. The wait was about 30 minutes on a Thursday night and we were able to put our name on a waitlist. I didn't end up loving all of the food or drinks we ordered, but that may be down to my personal tastes. Cool spot, would come back if friends specifically wanted to try it out.
Excelent drinks, particularly the speciallity cocktails. The vibe was really great all night as well!
Katana Kitten in New York is an average bar with decent cocktails and a laid-back atmosphere. The service is friendly, but the wait time can be long. The food menu is limited, and the dishes are not particularly memorable. While the cocktails are enjoyable, they are not particularly creative or unique. Overall, Katana Kitten is worth a visit if you're in the area, but there are better options in the city for both food and cocktails.
The place is very noisy and the drinks are pretty average. Just waited 45 mins for a table that we shared with a few others. The place has no ambience, and is watering hole for college-going kids
An absolutely phenomenal experience, even before I told them in was the night before my wedding the service was fantastic, afterwards they went so out of their way to make our night memorable, literally going to go down as a core memory for us. Specifically I want to highlight the amazing service from Neil and Tori (sorry if the spellings are wrong)
Thank you so much
Anthony
I really enjoyed this place
Was easy to get into with a fake ID but I stayed for the panda fizz
Hands down best drink ever
Service was amazing but took a while because it was very busy but that's to be expected.
Outside seats are casual. Staff is friendly and attentive.
2023 May update: we walked in on a weekday night and were able to get seated inside right away. Music is so loud you need to raise your voice to have a conversation. However the overall experience was good. El Camino is outstanding!
