My first appointment (with my first orthopedic doctor ever!), Dr Yao, was great. I've had issues with my right knee recently and wanted it checked out. Dr. Yao did multiple tests on the knee and was able to make a clear determination of the problem. I would definitely recommend her!

Dr Yao provides all the time that you need to ask questions and review your situation. You never feel rushed nor embarrassed to ask the same question. She is honest, practical and never over promised my recovery schedule which I appreciated! I remain hopeful that I could be back on skis by Spring, but only if Dr Yao clears me. I trust her process.

Great experience! Dr. Yao is thorough and a very good diagnostician. I see her with any issues I have. Highly recommended!

Doctor Yao, was a referral doctor because my doctor was on vacation. I was nervous because it was my third knee injections from my series’s. Wow, is all I could say, she was amazing. So good with the needles, made me feel so calm.
She has this zin calming effect and her team as well was efficient and nice. I highly recommend her, she won’t disappoint.

I'm strongly leaning towards a (5 start rating). The only reason I hesitate to do so, is because I have not seen her enough yet. Only two visits. But they truly were very informative, and exceeded my expectations. Dr. Yao knows a lot about Sports Medicine. I'm definitely going to be sticking with her in the future. I think one more outstanding visit and she gets a clear (5 star rating).

I was referred to Dr. Yao for her sports medicine expertise to examine lingering collarbone pain from a skiing injury. Dr. Yao was excellent in all respects: personable, thorough, knowledgeable. She did a careful sonogram investigation and then clearly explained her diagnosis and the way forward. Highly recommended.

Dr. Yao is a thoughtful, attentive and helpful physician. She has assisted me and a friend with our ailments in a caring and professional manner.

She’s great. Listens well. I’ve had many nagging injuries, most have healed through PT. X-rays and MRIs were ordered for most, which uncovered issues. Will continue seeing her, and her team of physicians.

I saw Dr. Yao for a cracked rib and a torn rotator cuff. She was very thorough in her examination of me and spent a lot of time examining me and explaining everything to me. Her visit summary and notes were very detailed and I understood exactly what I should and should not do. I would highly recommend her.

Dr. Yao was very kind, patient and caring. She was also an expert in her field and very knowledgeable and very thorough. She outlined everything I needed to know about the first steps of a treatment plan and she was great at answering questions.

Once I got past the gate keepers I was able to get a same day visit with Dr Yao who was early, fast, efficient and gentle when it came to draining a ruptured bakers cyst. Good instructions on how to move and mend more effectively.

Dr hassim and dr yao were both very patient and knowledgeable.we liked them both for their suggestions and care.

Dr Yao has stayed on top of my complex medical condition, which has been essential to my long road to recovery.

Dr. Yao was personable and friendly. She explained things thoroughly and exuded competence.

Really glad I found Dr. Yao. She was able to diagnose my shoulder problem quickly and then offer several care plans that made sense and solved the problem. Very good follow up. Practice runs efficiently so if you have a noon appointment you seen the Dr.at noon. Highly recommend for sports related injuries and therapy.

Dr. Yao is one of the finest physicians I have ever been to. She diagnosed my worsening situation that numerous neurologists had missed. She is brilliant - with a few tests and the right questions - was able to make a determination that changed what was a chronic illness - into a full recovery. I now have my vibrant life back thanks to Dr. Yao!
