Staff at both the Malta and Albany locations are wonderful. They are all very friendly and helpful. Wait times were minimal which was super helpful. Dr Bagchi was fantastic with my son. He is informative and confident when providing information without being condescending or arrogant in the least. I'll recommend him to anyone needing treatment at a bone and joint center.

I want to thank Dr. Bagchi, the nurses and staff at the Malta office for the fine care they give me. I have to go in periodically, and they have taken the time to get to know me, which means a lot to me.

I see Dr Bagchi regularly for chronic knee pain. He is both pleasant and professional. He listens to my concerns and allows me to take a conservative approach. I receive injections and am treated by Kevin and his staff. True professionals.
