Get the warranty! I bought a chain and never got their warranty and thought I would have to pay out of pocket. Luckily the lady explained I could just get their warranty even after the purchase. Just get that so you won't have to pay for repairs ever again. The only downside is you have to show up every 6 months to get it inspected, but since any Kay's can inspect it I guess it's still a solid deal.
Came for a chain and this nice Hispanic dude helped me. A lot of places I went to felt sketchy or I felt rushed, but he took me seriously and actually took his time to explain stuff like 10k from 24k. Would come back
I drop off my chain on Sept 22. I called within a week and was told when my chain arrives someone will call me. No need to call back. Oct 9 comes I am still waiting for a call. I called the store to have the same NASTY lady tell me someone tried to reach out to me on Oct 3. No missed call or message left. Then when I got to the store the young man was very helpful. Then the same NASTY lady had to put her two cents in. Telling me I don't need a receipt. My chain is my receipt. Then when she notice she had taking all the receipts from me and the young man, she said o you can keep this one. I left the store knowing I would NEVER return.
Rob was super helpful. Another location engraved the wrong thing onto a $400 ring I purchased. He sent it out to get taken care of. Results pending.
