13My fiancé and I went into Kay to shop for our wedding bands. Johnathan was incredible to work with. Very personable and did not pressure us at all. He even offered to clean her engagement ring before we left. I highly recommend working with Johnathan.
Went to get my watch repaired because a pin fell out and the store was closed from 11-3 for "inventory. " Can theny not do this when the store is closed or maybe have 1/2 of the staff do inventory while the rest service customers? No wonder their stores are dying. Maybe they should switch to online only or at least edit their store hours. Shame
Kandi was absolutely incredible. She made us both feel so comfortable with the process of buying a ring. Definitely recommend!
Went in today to get my girlfriends necklace cleaned, Johnathan helped us out and he was so kind and he even got my girl and I to size our ring fingers “just for fun” definitely helping me in the future and I’ll definitely be back shopping with him! Super cool dude! 10/10
The store was busy when we came in. Daria was very friendly and when she came to us she apologized that we had to wait. She was knowledgeable and explained the difference in the metal for the wedding band that my soon to be husband was looking for. Great customer service. Thank you!

Walk in with a basic idea for a gift immediately greeted by kandi so kind and inviting but not overwhelming. She worked with me for over an hour found the perfect gift after explaining the situation and significance of the occasion. Kandi obviously cares for her customers and was happy to help find exactly what I was looking for. Its hard in todays work force to find someone so knowledgeable and actually caring to help.
Ariana was the best! I came to the store knowing exactly what I wanted and she was able to get it to me in no time. 10/10 recommend coming here!
Horrible service. They owe me a refund and its been over two months they cannot figure out a way to send my money back. Everytime a call them they say our IT is working to see whats the problem and its been over two months. Its been a nightmare. Don’t wanna go there ever again.
I am adding to this review today since now it is 3 months now and their IT department cannot figured out how to send me a refund. Can you imagine that its three months and yet you haven’t have your refund. Horrible
I recently got engaged and he had bought the lifetime warranty. We went in to get it resized and it seemed like no associate wanted to assist us in any way. I thought it was weird but ignored it. The ring was gone for two weeks which was fine. When we went to pick it up.again, the associates were rude. I had the ring for a day and as I examined it, I realized the ring was super thin. I took it back that way and asked the associate what she could do.
She looked at the ring and immediately goes oh my, that is really thin. Please let me know why their warehouse would send back a ring that was incredibly thin, that their own associate was shocked. Not sure, if they thought they could make more money, but we have the lifetime warranty and sent it back again.
Long story short, I was not able to enjoy my engagement as Kay Jewler's was resizing and adding to my ring for a month. Highly would not recommend Kay Jewlers, especially this one. I have reached out to their customer service twice and have not heard back.
I miss the excellence at the Kay's in South County Mall in St. Louis.the mall there and the one in Destiny Mall Syracuse, N. Y.is like night & Day. The repairs are horrible, repair timing is never what they say, I always have to keep in contact with them, I really never feel like I'm the #1 customer and my needs are rarely met. I'm mostly disappointed in the repair, cleaning, sizing end of it. Takes way to long, and horrible work. I once had sent the same ring out 3 times before it was done and it still wasn't done right sloppy work.
I had my ring sent out for repair on 9/26/22. I was called on October 7 stating it was repaired but they sent it back out because it didn't mean the quality check. I have called the store 4x with a guarantee someone was calling me back. This started last Thursday. I contacted corporate today they said my ring was completed October 17th and to contact the store. I once again called the store and was told corporate was wrong they don't have it. I still have no answers on where my ring is and today is 9/23/22.
I finally got an email stating my ring was ready. I went In to get my ring and they resized my ring down a half size, it does not fit. The store manager asked if I wanted it sent out again. I said yes it doesn't fit. When will I get it back. She guaranteed it back In 5 days. Today is November 4th, the fifth day. I will keep you posted. Again they have had my ring since September 26th.
