I dealt with Joe Marcil who was, by far, the BEST sales associate I have ever encountered. I recently totalled my car and had never been through that experience. He was kind, patient, understanding, accommodating, accessible and available. I felt he took the time to make my experience as hassle free as possible. He took the guess work out of almost everything; having all of the information I needed ready for my review and decision-making. He took care of dealing with my adjuster, insurance, getting new plates and turning in the old ones. He taught me how to use the features of the new vehicle and was accessible to me at any hour to assist with questions. He made himself available in offering to make a house call to pair my garage door to the vehicle! He understands the value of a hard earned dollar and respects what people choose to spend it on. You're treated equally no matter your race, gender, or socioeconomic status. He goes above and beyond in every single way and because of that I am a customer for life!

Maybe I’m spoiled but I’m waiting almost two hours for a new tire installation after getting a flat on the NYS Thruway and that seems a bit excessive. My dealership on Long Island has had me in and out of service in much less time with much more work being performed. Maybe it’s just a very busy day. As always the staff of BMW Service are gracious and respectful but I really want to get out of here and enjoy what’s left of my vacation
