Keeler Honda, Latham NY

I was driving a Hybrid Kia and felt like I got into a hybrid to soon, so I was looking at honda and seen there new design for the 2022 Civic models, I made a appointment to come into Keeler to take a look at one and I took it home the same day with Dave and Nate’s help they made the process really easy for me.

I want to thank my salesperson Dave Dileva for his assistance during my purchase of a 2018 Honda Ridgeline. He had the vehicle ready to test drive when I came in and answered all of my questions. He also had the body shop address a couple pretty minor flaws before I took ownership. Fred Gitter, the finance manager was also very helpful and a pleasure to work with. At no time did I feel any pressure to buy or sign off on anything that I did not fully understand. Thank you Keeler for a great buying experience!

I purchased my car from the dealership and it is the only place I get it serviced. I generally have a good experience. Not today. Everyone was nice but the time period quoted was not adhered to and no one followed up with me. I was very clear that I had a 1: 30 appointment and I needed to be done by 1. My appointment was at 10: 30 for an oil change, tire rotation and inspection. I was assured that would bee out by that time, with the service taking 1.5 hours. I checked in with the service desk at 12: 45 and was told 10-15 minutes my car would be ready. I went back at 1: 20 (no one came to get me) and was told my car was ready but it wasn't because wasn't washed. I did not leave until 1: 35. I missed my appointment and had to reschedule for months down the road. This was vital as I have an autoimmune disease and it was for my doctor who is crazy busy. I am very upset and disappointed. I was looking to purchase a car for my daughter from this dealership. I will rethink that now. I gave it 2 stars for past service and the niceness of the workers. But the lack of communication and transparancy when I communicated my needs cost me severely when I could have compensated for the extra time needed to complete the service by taking an Uber or finding alternative means of transportation. The lack of transparancy affected my health.

When I bought my car from you guys I never had a issue. Great service, great people. 3 years down the road when I wanted to cancel my warranty I got jerked around the the finance manager Nate water. For some reason he couldn’t answer a email. Told me one thing over the phone and another in person. In total taking 3 weeks to do something that probably would have taken a day.

Had a trade in and purchased a new car. I worked with Brendon Sias and I have only amazing things to say. It was quick and by far the best car buying experience I've ever had. I would highly recommend Keeler and if you're at Keeler Honda I would definitely ask for Brendon.

We recently bought a new car here after choosing to trade in our old Civic. Brendan Sias was great, helped us with a smooth transaction and trade in, and got us out with the car we wanted. He is straightforward, transparent about policies, and even went so far as to show us pretty much all of the new car features, as well as follow up a few days after bringing the car home!

My experience with the team at Keeler and with Nate Eden was phenomenal. The customer service is great and the team listened to me, was quick to respond to inquiries, and made the process of buying a new car exciting instead of stressful- as it often is! I was super nervous going into Keeler Honda as I wasn’t sure if I was going to be able to walk out a new car owner because in the past I’ve needed a co-signer. My main goal this time around was to be able to do it all on my own. Thanks to Damon at Keeler he was able to get me in the vehicle I wanted, a 2018 Honda CRV-EX, at the price that was right for me. His calming demeanor and no pressure approach made me not so nervous or apprehensive about the deal that I was making. I bought my last Honda Ridgeline (2007) from Keeler in 2006. Unfortunately a deer totaled it this month and I had to get a new one on short notice. I used USAA’s car buying service. A local dealer provided a price over $2000 less than the next of the three bids. I was ready to pull the trigger when my wife suggested I let Keeler try to match it. They more than matched it to my surprise since there is next to no inventory on these. They were able to swap for the color I wanted. Wendy Darling was excellent. I am VERY glad I stayed with the Keeler family. My wife’s last vehicle was from there as well and we get all our service from them.

Called three times, rang and no answer. Drove up to talk to sales. Place looked deserted, on a Saturday at 2. Doors were locked up. So I walked the lot myself. I know it's labor day weekend, but a sign or announcement on the phone tree would be nice. If something happened in the shop, a sign would be nice too

We had a great time dealing with Wendy Darling. I highly recommend her because she was so straightforward with her offer, very friendly and respectful. She made us feel like the most important customers. She let us take our time and didn’t pressure us. The overall experience was great, we left happy with our new truck. We will definitely return here for our next car purchase!

My wife and I were on the hunt for a Certified Pre-Owned Honda Civic and we found one we liked online at Keeler Honda in Latham, NY. Our contact person was Wendy Darling. Wendy was very friendly and helped us through the entire process. We drove up to Latham from Long Island to get the car and Wendy helped us figure out all the bells and whistles in the car. This was by far the best experience we have had with a car dealer. Highly Recommended!

WHOLESALE BUYERS BEWARE! They lie about condition of used vehicles. Transmission was blown and they knew it, but advertised it as good working condition transmission. Doesnt matter if its a wholesale deal or not, should be honest! STAY AWAY!

I recently bought a Honda CRV and I absolutely love it! I was referred to Patrick Ryan and the dealership by a very good friend of mine. He ended up not being there the day I decided to just go look around. I ended up talking with Damon and we found the perfect vehicle for me. Damon was very professional and made the entire process stress free. I would recommend Keeler to anyone. I love, love, love my car.
