Horrible, if I could leave no stars I would!
Lady couldn't understand a thing I was saying, butchered my cuticles and had no idea what she was doing. My nails were all different lengths, thickness, crooked. I walked out in the middle of the session it was that bad. 20+ years of getting my nails done, never had a worse experience.

Been going on and off for 3 years today I found out Kelly Nails is under NEW MANAGEMENT! Kelly is still there but the new girls are the best I love it now ladies try them.

WORST PLACE EVER! The girl that did my nails cut me over 4 times over and over again. When i asked if she could fix a bad painting job on my nail she refused and said to leave it like that. She was on the phone talking the whole time and was fooling around with some of her other coworkers as she was drilling my nails. Horrible service.

My wife has received the worst customer service, she stated that, when she got there it took 30 minutes to get someone even though it wasn’t full. During the foot massage the lady did it soft on one foot and hard on the other, and felt like her leg was getting pulled a little too much. Just awful

I attempted to give this place a shot twice; it had such great reviews and was so close to home.

The first time the nail tech and I were unable to understand each other due go language barrier and there was no one to help translate what I wanted.

The second time I was given a nail tech that was new to the facility who didn’t know where anything was and was asking where things were located I know it was not their fault but the staff around this nail tech were little to no help. I only did a regular pedicure and a full coffin style acrylic set and the nail tech had to manually file my acrylic set instead of using a drill due to lack of equipment and unfortunately did a horrible job making my nails completely uneven. This whole process took 3 hours! I was patient and polite despite not liking my nails at all and the owner was there looking at the job and still didn’t intervene. I would have said something for the $90 + dollars I spent on my nails but I had to catch a flight in less the 4 hours something I didn’t consider was going to take that. Needless to say I will no longer come here due to lack of structure and organization.

I am not one to write reviews but I’ve wasted my money twice on something that was not worth it. And I am sorry to the owner because I know a bad review impacts the business. All I’m trying to do is help another person out from a bad experience.

I took my mom to get a mani pedi and they made her feel so good she was very happy and her nails were very beautiful

Benjamin did an awesome job with my nails. Very professional. Took his time, and did exactly what I asked for. Will definitely be back to see him!

The nail tech that does my nails is Benjamin. He does a great job, the only issue I have is the scheduling. If you are running behind even a few minutes, you could be waiting a very long time. Also, some of the customers could get a little rude while they are waiting for their services. One last thing is that I wish there was more of a variety of newer trending colors. Overall, I like the way my nails are done usually.

My mom went today 9/3/21, to get a gel mani pedi, not even 3 hours later she begins to cook and do the dishes when THEY BEGAN TO CHIP and rip! $30 is to expensive especially with the TERRIBLE QUALITY. Don’t go

I used to really enjoy this salon, and they play cool music. But now they only do GEL manicures and pedicures, and the pedicure chairs were in bad condition.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place.
I went to another place and the Lady did NOT follow the picture at all.
I came to Kelly Nails from a friend's recommendation to re-do them.
Benjamin did my nails and I was so happy with the outcome!
He took such good care of me and made sure I 100% loved my nails every step of the way and was comfortable the entire time!
I can't recommend him enough!

I visited kellys establishment today 8/16/2021. I brought my daughter who is 8 years old.it is her birthday & I wanted to treat her to a manicure pedicure. Kelly charged me $65 for a mani pedi on a 8 year old girl.the girl assigned to do the services did not follow directions and did what she wanted to do.she didnt put the right color and burnt my daughters fingers with their tools. I was overcharged $100 for a full set. I didnt get jewels or anything fancy & the person assigned to me also burnt & cut my finger. I spoke with kelly and asked her why is the price so much for poor service.she replied its her new covid prices. I spoke with her again over the phone and she was not willing to reason or listen to my concerns. Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

NEVERRRRR COME BACK, never recommended this place for anybody worse place forever going to downhill, worker so unprofessional.
BENJAMIN the boy with glassic he so rushed on me, no cut cuticle, no clean no nothinggggg, HE Just put my foot in water 1,2,3 done, im not even sit on ped chair 5mis to get the massage chair yet, what the hell going on with this place so expensive and dont do nothing, that stealing the money from people.i dont even get relaxing and get massage from the chair yet and bumm you done ok thats he said, I paid 60$$$ money for nothing.

First time at this place because it was recommended to me. I had the worse experience ever! I hate my nails and pedicure! And im getting married tomorrow! My toes i told her dont cut leave as is! She filed them round and then to try and fix she filled them super short! My acrylics are croked lumpy she didnt clean out my cuticles and cut me the nails look like they were done by a newbie! Then I was charged 100+ dollars prices are ridiculous! Now i have to go somewhere else to fix this mess before my wedding tomorrow …. Never again!
