Would give a negative zero if possible, dusty, moldy, centipede infested. Owner doesn’t fix anything & the pluming Is poor! Don’t drink the water if you sit it out long enough with a spoon of bleach you’ll see that it creates a slimy biofilm (Bacteria) That tries to fight off disinfectant

I would've give it 0 stars if I could! The apartments are worse than a prison. The smell is awful! The dirtiness is out of this world! It's run down and very dirty and old. But most horribly, it has an army of bed bugs all over the place! As soon as I was all moved in, in less than 3 days I was bite by bed bugs all over my body! It was so horrible I had to go to the emergency room. The ceiling was leaking from the upstairs bathroom! They never get rid of the bedbugs! The bed bugs are inside the wood floor, they must be living there for a very long time. The management acted as if nothing was wrong, he don't want people to know what's going on! It took them over a whole month to finally bring a an exterminator but still bedbugs are there! They must be tones of bedbugs. I had to get rid of all my expensive stuff! Very sad! I didn't want to carry any bed bugs with me! There is no AC so it gets ridiculously hot in the summers. In the winters, it is brutally cold since these apartments are old and do not hold the heat in well. Also, you can hear absolutely everything through the floor. Yes it's $750 a month but its not worst it even if it was free. That place is absolutely awful. I would not recommend it to my worst enemy.
