Kenneth B. Svensson MD A Division of Highland Medical, PC reviews
9Mishandles private information and changes appointments without gaining actual consent from patients and does not take accountability.
This man’s wife will literally request you as a friend on facebook if you leave a bad review (that’s been deleted)
Unprofessional office. AVOID unless you want your private information mishandled and appointments given away.this place is a mess.i would of given zero stars if possible.
It's in town so that's a big plus. I've never had any negative issues worth broadcasting.
After visiting this MD office I was very pleased with the DR svensson. And the staff was awesome I mean the the best MD office staff I ever had the pleasure of dealing with.
I have returned to this Dr a few times over the years as he’s on my insurance and very local. Each time I leave frustrated. His staff are great. Engaged, helpful, friendly, his office is clean & organized, but Dr. S is detached, dismissive and rather creepy. He said I needed bloods and would be back to talk to me. He never returned. Another time he began an exam without asking consent & the last time he got up and left without saying a word. I found him to be uncommunicative and aloof on many occasions.
Dr. Svensson and staff are fabulous. The Doctor is the PERFECT blend of regular and new holistic type medicine. He really listens and takes the time to look at you. He treats you like family. I have worked in the medical field long so I have met a lot of doctors. Dr. Svensson is the tops.
I've been a patient of Dr. Svennsson's for years, going approximately annually for a physical and as needed for follow-ups, etc. I have never had an issue where I asked for a same day appointment, either going to the Emergency Room or Urgent Care the few times if it was something I felt required immediate attention or waiting til next available appointment to see him. Today I called for a same day appointment due to a lingering upper respiratory issue I have been having I felt required attention asap but didn't quite rise to the level or emergence or urgent care. I was kind of disappointed when I could not get an appointment today. It just didn't seem like there was any empathy or effort by the person who answered the phone to work something out. Maybe someone coming in for a less urgent issue can wait 15 minutes longer while the Dr.saw me (i know I wouldn't mind) ? I would really prefer to see my own Dr.in this situation, but now I guess I am off to Urgent Care or the Minute Clinic at CVS. I really like Dr. Svennson, but his office staff has always been frustrating to deal with and since he joined Highland Medical, I think it's gotten worse. I feel less like a patient and more like a number. If this is the look of socialized medicine in the U. S, I seriously need to reconsider my support of it.
My husband and I have been seeing Dr Svensson for over 5 years. Love his staff. He’s great and thorough. I have seen people complain about calling and wait times but can we understand that when it’s flu season there is going to be more people so there will be a wait.
He takes his time and that is something I like because in this day and age where you barely see the dr for 3 minutes it’s nice.
