Down to earth staff! Recently adopted a dog and really seen how much the staff love their furry residents. Kent animal shelter always has the best intentions for the pet and owner. Theyre honest, educated, and kind.

Great people who really care about the animals there. An easy relaxed experience. We were able to take our time and visit with many dogs before we left with the perfect pet for us.

Fabulous on time personal care. They took great care of my “Sky”. Extremely reasonable pricing. Thank you for taking such good care of my Baby Girl.

The staff is caring, I had my dog neutered at the animal clinic. The service was great and affordable! They were able to schedule an appointment within the same month which was awesome.

Everything they said about dogs was wrong when i went to adopt, breeds age behavior, all wrong. I had to bring the adopted dog back because after they claimed he had been tested around cats and passed i brought him home and he immediately tried to maul my cat first chance he got. Dont adopt here.

Just because a dog ran out of the house after she escaped her crate they will not adopt to us even after we said it wasn't our fault

I was looking for a place to have my daughter's fur baby spayed, as we live in the city, there was no options. Everything was booked up and the pricing some vets wanted was too high. I found Kent through a goggle search and had an appointment schedule within a month. Upon arrival the staff was welcoming and insured us that our fur babu was in good hands. We dropped her off between 8-9 and she was returned to us by 3. She did so well and was back to eating by 6pm. Great service provided and thank you for taking such good care of my grand dog.

Came her with my bf to adopt. The women with the curly hair extremely rude. Non of the staff was helpful at all but treated us with disrespect. I wouldn't recommend adopting here i wish i saw the reviews about how the staff are nasty before coming here. We went somewhere else that was way better than this place. I dont recommend here

I have placed several applications to adopt a cat and turned down several times. They stated I was undesirable. Define undesirable!
I believe they only adopt to people who they want to adopt. I am a previous cat owner and retired. I adopted an adult cat from another shelter in another town with no problems. Lovely tuxedo female cat that I named Libby.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
Their animal clinic is great.

Animals are amazing, but ladys in the office are rude and un helpful. They denied Animals homes if your not some rich hypochondriac.

I brought my kitten here to be neutered. It was a nice experience, simple and quick. The people there were very nice and helpful for a first time cat owner. Prices were also affordable. However I noticed that they had, without telling me anything about it, cut my cats nails. I would have had no problem with it whatsoever, knowing my cat is a little spicy. However, they cut his nails down WAY past the quick, to the point where several of his nails were bleeding: , < He is in pain still and wont stop licking his paws. @Clinic/vet techs, you must pay attention, and take necessary time, if you insist on a nail trim for every surgery patient, or you shouldn't cut our cats nails without telling us.

Amazing people! Brought my 3 male cats here! They are all great and doing amazing! Definitely affordable neutering and they also have an adoption center! Really got an amazing vibe

The staff is a pet lover, friendly and caring, also Affording price. Called make your appointment, be mindful is a high Volume calls for appointments leave a message and they will get back to you.
