NEVER use this place. I’ve had a few incidents before but just had a new suit entirely ruined. It’s so difficult to find dry cleaning in Williamsburg but you run the risk of having your expensive clothing completely ruined by coming here. I have no idea what they did to my suit pants and jacket but there are what seems to be white paint stains all over my clothing (pictures attracted). I refused to go back there and have them “fix” my clothes out of complete distrust. My old dry cleaner in Manhattan looked at the garments today and said it’s nothing that is easily fixed and that this business is likely using an inappropriate cleaning agent. I may investigate this issue further but I hope that in the meantime someone reads this review and avoids this place to prevent having their clothes ruined.

I used to use the tailoring service here. However, I will not return again. Miss Kim does what she wants and not what the customer wants. I feel sorry for the rest of the employees here like Miguel, who is friendly and helpful. I can't say the same for Miss Kim. She is rude, spoiled, unprofessional, and complains about the client’s decisions.

DO NOT COME HERE! This place is horrible. They charged me $40 to hem a brand new pair of Rag & Bone $200 jeans, made a rip in them, and claimed they couldn’t have done it and there is nothing they can do.

Truly awful. They completely destroyed my wedding dress, not only did they not remove the stains but the dress shrunk at the hem by 3 inches and so much around the waist that it is completely warped and can never be worn again. My husband had also taken his suits there for dry cleaning and they shrunk them too. Absolutely no remorse, apology or accountability from the staff.

I had used them for a while even though I saw negative reviews because they are the only option close to me after another dry cleaner closed a block away. I made the mistake of taking a beautiful event dress to them that really didn’t need to be cleaned but figured it would be best if it might sit in my closet a few months. It is a brand new bright orange dress that came back covered in black blotches, black lint, and a strangers hair. I took it back and they acknowledged it did not look that way before, they would have it done again. This time it still came back with some of the stains originating from the cleaning, the overall fabric just felt worn from the processing, and now they had pinholes all over the tops of the sleeves from pinning a dress that can be hung on it’s own. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement and I fully regret taking this piece to clean that will just never feel the same again. They will not take any responsibility and instead argue. Take accountability for your business’ mistakes!

Although we’ve previously enjoyed a fantastic, warm relationship with the team at Kent Ave dry cleaners, when I came in to discuss the first damaged article of clothing I’ve had in 8
Years of service, there was no interest in conversation or resolution.

The number on the ticket on the clothing was incorrect, and from a date in June when I didn’t even own the piece of clothing in question.

Instead of working to find a resolution, I was called a liar. I am so deeply disappointed and saddened. After 8 years and thousands of dollars spent, I had expected that one article of damaged clothing would be handled with some degree of kindness and professionalism, but instead was met with accusations and defensivenesses with no willingness to resolve.

Awful ruined my wedding dress and then told me I was crazy and didn’t know what I was talking about! They tried telling me that the top was supposed to be that color even after showing the multiple pictures that it was not.
