Beautiful designs but a shopping experience I can only describe as weird. Even after making an appointment and showing up at the specified time, it seemed like the person who answered the door was really surprised that I was there. It was strange. I came for a specific item and when I was given it the salesperson seemed to be waiting on me when I was waiting for him. Maybe there were too many people for one salesperson but I did not feel welcome. For such an “exclusive” brand they should work on their customer experience

The folks at Kent Wang made it such a pleasant shopping experience for me. Their products are wonderful and their prices good too, but these are the things we can say about many brands and businesses. What truly sets them apart is their customer service. How genuinely caring and helpful they were when things went wrong is what made for a lasting impression. Thank you SO much team KW!

Great customer service, friendly people, making well made things. Clearly they are clothing nerds here, you can tell just by perusing their products by the details and fabrics. They make my very favorite sunglasses for both comfort and style. Fashionable, quality clothes with friendly, helpful staff.

I recently purchased a pair, actually 2 pairs, of linen socks from Kent Wang and they were fantastic! I stumbled across the miracle of linen socks years ago when I bought linen socks from Panterella, and I can say that the Kent Wang linen socks are superior. They are lightweight, comfortable and durable, the perfect sock for these blistering hot summers but I will wear these year round. From the color, texture and fit to the excellent construction, I am very happy for this purchase. As a guy that wears cashmere socks in the winter, linen socks in the summer, yes, I spoil my feet, these Kent Wang socks are a winner!

I purchased the Knox sunglasses a little over a year ago and this can be deemed as a well-seasoned review. By far it has been the best pair of sunglasses I have ever owned. I have a small narrow face and majority of "mass market" sunglasses are just too wide and big or low quality (regardless of price). Knox fits like a glove. Also, all the Kent Wang's sunglasses (not only Knox) tick all the boxes in my personal checklist:
- polarized lenses
- spring hinges
- high quality materials and finish.

Other than that the product page is very helpful in giving all the details on the measurements side which is extremely helpful when you are considering online purchases without ability to test the product.

On top of that USPS managed to lose the package mid-way and Mr. Wang sent another pair of sunglasses via another route and offered to issue a refund or store credit which I gratefully declined.

Their products appear to be of nice quality, but the customer support is frankly appalling. It would be an understatement to say that Kent Want is severely under-staffed. They literally have one (only 1) employee, and that employee is neither particularly responsive nor competent. Prepare yourself for months-long wait times for custom ordered, in-person appointments cancelled at the last minute, slow and incoherent email correspondence, incorrect measurements, and a whole lot more of such amateur behavior. I feel bad writing such a negative review because I was very excited about Kent Wang's business model at first, but the company is just too poorly run nowadays to be recommended.
