Nothing but amazing things to say about the collision/body shop. I unfortunately had an accident occur right before the holidays and every body shop in my area was quoting me a completion of February. Stressed and overwhelmed I called numerous shops in surrounding towns and after many calls of feeling defeated, Cale at royal was not only super understanding but helped with every obstacle that came up and had my car back to me in record time looking like a brand new car. I couldn’t imagine going anywhere else. If I could rate higher than five stars I would!

Have bought two cars here and won’t return. First, don’t fall for those scam ads they send about where they make it look like you’ve won a decent prize. For example, you scratch off the prize area and you get the symbol that matches up with a $100 gas card. Well when you go in, you get hounded by a salesman and they ask all kinds of information just to tell you that the flyer means you won some kind of prize, not the one on the flyer. Typically it turns out to just be five bucks.

Second, really disappointed with my second car purchase. The day after purchase I discover that the Bluetooth system in the car isn’t working. I call and get a service appointment. And they say it’s going to cost $800 to fix. Now they offered to cover half. But I had just bought this car from them, and now because they sold me a car with a busted radio, I have to shell out another $400? No way. Then, I discovered a bunch of old, moldy French fries in the backseat armrest. Heck of a detail job guys…

This place is not what they say went to buy come to find out they jack their prices to double of what the car is worth. You don't get any deals. After driving 100 miles checked original price of car and found out it was about half the price they were asking total rip off

They sold me a lemon. After 6 months the entire grill fell off while parking my car in the driveway. Imagine if that had happened while driving on the highway with my baby in the back seat! The car began to rust soon after that. I recently had to scrap it because the control arm was rusted through. I took good care of that car but it was doomed before I bought it. They are scammers and con men. They don’t care about you or your families safety. They just want to sell you crummy cars with jacked up prices. Horrible dealership and even more horrible people. I hope they go out of business so they can’t sell any more lemons to good honest people.

So about a year ago I started looking for a new car. During the "chip crisis", when no dealerships were getting cars in, everything was "in transit". I drove an hour west to that well-known two-name dealership, and met a young salesman (Frankie -don't forget it). He was a petulant, condescending, disrespectful child, who when I asked questions, told me he'd sell it to someone else in an hour, so I didn't matter. He showed me ridiculous prices, and horrible interest rates, and said mark up is expected with the car on the lot. I walked out without buying the car, and never heard from him again. I felt a slight trauma at the interaction, and felt how strangely times have changed in the car buying business.
Flash forward a year, and I'd like you all to meet Chris. The salesman I worked with at Kevin's Royal Auto in Owego. Chris clearly understands the "old school" mentality of car sales. He was patient, and kind, and funny. He spoke to me directly, even tho my husband was there, and treated me as tho this mattered to him, even tho this was during their "event sales" and there were many people milling around, willing to negotiate. He explained everything, not talking to me like a child, or as tho I don't matter. He took time, he was courteous and respectful. He was a gentleman and a cars salesman, all wrapped up into one. He's trustworthy and honest, and spoke to me like I was a valued friend as well as a customer. I am truly grateful for this amazing deal, not the price, not the haggling, (although they were both great and I won a 50" tv at the event!), but mostly for the respect and the compassion he didn't even know he needed with me. Thank you, Chris. I wish you many successful years. And if you stop in for a Jeep, Dodge, Ram, Chrysler, or something off the other lots, tell him Sharon says Hi, and you rock.

Felix at the Owego location was AMAZING! He home didn’t have to help me at all bc I walked out the first time I went up there! But he answered my call almost 2 weeks later & told me he would try to make something happen. He was an absolute miracle worker! So nice, personable, very determined & he went above and beyond to get me off the lot and did it in under 3 hours. Go call Felix he will go to work for you!

Edit: That same salesman did too much & played many games with my fiancé getting a car. Wasted several trips to Owego and signed paperwork for a vehicle for him to turn around and take it back! He did some very UNPROFESSIONAL things and I would NOT recommend going to him.

Call before u go here an verify the price of the car you are looking at we seen one online New when arriving and test driving it found out it was 4000 to 5000 dollars more than the price on their website.their reason was market adjustment.and 2 days later it's still on the website at the price we wanted it for so before you drive an hour like we did call to make sure they ain't gonna jack the price on ya

So far, not good! I bought my car, a 2018 chevy cruze, yesterday. I had it less than 24 hours and the check engine light came on. It's in the shop now and apparently they have to order a part which will take God knows how long. To make matters worse, not one person has said "I'm sorry. " They act like I'm the one inconveniencing them. If one person had just said "I am so sorry, this shouldn't have happened. We're going to do everything we can to make it right, " I would have been more than satisfied. The attitude gets me more than the actual problem with the car.

I highly recommend Kevin's Royal Automotive. My experience at KRA was above the grade of any other dealership. They really go the next step to make buying effortless. The team sent a currier to our house to manage final paperwork. Mike Counts has the friendliest approach to customer service. After the purchase, I recieved calls to ensure the vehicle was working great and to field any questions. This has never happened to me in the past. Please check them out.

Didn't buy car from location, but definitely will return as staff were friendly and knowledgeable. They just didn't have what I wanted in stock

Buying a truck from here and driving from Baltimore because of the excellent customer service of the staff, knowledge and know how. ESPECIALLY Tami. She went above and beyond expectations and well worth the 570 mile round trip. I buy a new vehicle for my self and or wife every 3-4 years and a bakers dozen later she is at the top! When you deal with her you to will see!

I took my 2009 dodge ram 1500 to kevins in Owego N. Y.to get 2 recalls done and some vehicle maintenance in the first week of December 2020. Here it is mid February 2021 they told me it would be done on Monday of this week. Its now Wednesday. I've called and everytime I call i they say itll be done today. Also the dealership told me the parts were on back order the reason its taking so long. I did some further investigating and found about 100 listings of the direct fit part. I highly do not recommend taking any vehicle here to have services done. I was quoted $1200 in parts and labor O. E. M.genuine Mopar parts. They went aftermarket and the price is still $1200. Something dont add up here.

This dealership is staffed with a group of unknowledgeable staff. We have purchased two vehicle from this dealer but never again. Having been in the auto industry for 7 years i know the ins and outs of how a dealership works and the knowledge expected from sales, finance and general management. The first purchase was a nightmare. Sales women had no knowledge of the vehicles, no personality, and did not know how a dealership worked leading to a lot of frustration at which point we bypassed the sales women and worked directly with the sales manager. After agreeing to a deal we got stuck with a pushy finance manager who relentlessly pushed to sell insurance which we clearly stated we did not want. After the frustration and headache was over we brought the car home to find that the finance manager who was pushing insurance and a kick back forgot to have us sign 6 documents. After returning to sign the documents we were contacted a day later to find we did not sign another document. At this point we were exhausted and tired of the dealership we forced them to hand deliver the documents to be signed. No joking aside the next day they found more paperwork not signed. It shows a lack of orgaization, communication and customer service.

The second purchase was even worse. This purchase went through smooth until after we brought the car home. Wait for it.they forgot to have us sign paperwork and document our temporary tags.after the first experience we forced them to hand deliver the documents. Two weeks went by and we got a call from the DMV stating that we purchased a vehicle but no temporary tags were documented thus we had to provide the information which was suppose to be done at the dealership. We called the dealership and asked why they did not supply the information after they came to our house and got it and they supplied no response. Wait for it. We get a call the next day saying they forgot to have us sign documents.two months go buy and no registration comes in the mail so we call the dealership and ask where the documents are. It turns out the dealership had our registration for the vehicle and were holding it hostage as we did not get charged $20 for the notary fees when we purchased the vehicle. Having nightmares from the first purchase i paid the $20 and wiped my hands of the dealership and vowed to never go back but the story continues. During the purchase of the second vehicle we traded in a Ford Escape which we still owed on. The dealership paid off the loan but never did the paperwork correctly and thus the title to the car we traded in comes in the mail under our name. The saga is still continuing on four months after the purchase as we have notified the dealership multiple times to pic up the title with a notary and we will sign the title over. The dealership is requesting we sign the title without a notary present and send them the title. This is illegal.

This dealership is the worst i have seen and are hoping this will keep others away.

Dishonest sales team and shady selling practices. I bought a car from them about a year and a half ago after trading my old car in for a "$2,000 trade in promotion" that they offered for ANY CAR as long as you were buying a used car. I thought this was awesome considering that my car was a piece and wouldn't be worth more than $100.
Well since NONE of their cars have prices posted on the car, I'm pretty sure they just jack up the price up by $2,000 at the time of sale then "give you $2,000 off for any trade in. " After I realized they took advantage of me and that I payed too much, I had really bad buyer's remorse for a long time after, which has made it hard for me to enjoy my car.
Just the other day, a year and a half later, I received a call telling me that they were interested in buying my car back from me because Ford stopped making that model and it was in very high demand. I explained to the sales person how much I still owed on it and that I'd only be interested in trading it in if the whole loan was payed off so I didn't have to roll any money over and have a bigger loan. He reassured me that I could cleanly trade the car in, they'd pay the loan off and I'd get a newer car all while keeping my loan exactly the same price.
I was certainly interested in seeing what car I could get for a clean trade since they wanted my car so bad, so I made an appointment to talk to a sales representative and possibly make a deal. After driving an hour to get to the dealership, they appraised my car and it came as no surprise that they weren't going to give me all of what I owed on the loan. They offered to give me $10,000 for the car which is $3,000 less than the $13,000 I still owed. He tried to brush off the $3,000 loss by telling me that if I bought a brand new car I would get the money back because of rebates or incentives discounts or something. This is not what we discussed, I didn't want a brand new car. I was told that I wouldn't have to take out bigger loan and wouldn't end up having to pay any extra. Obviously they just wanted to sell me new car and stick me with a much bigger loan in a car that'll lose $5,000 in value as soon as I drive it off the lot.
What a disappointing waste of time. It's sad that this dealership is so desperate to make sales that they're actively calling and lying to people to get them to come in and push a deal on them.
Oh yea, and that "soft credit pull" they lie about not effecting your credit, actually does effect your credit. I checked the next day and it dropped my score by 3 points.
Do yourself a favor and do your research before buying a car so you don't let places like this take advantage of you.

The only reason I've been a repeat customer is because of Michael Counts. This man should definitely be considered for salesman of the year! Beyond helpful, always makes sure the customer leaves comply satisfied. I highly recommend going down to see him. Stop into the jeep side. You won't be disappointed.
(Also Tammy out back deserves to be mentioned as well!)
