DISGUSTING! TERRIBLE! I hate this place so much, I went in there and the services and cashiers were horrible, no one know what they were doing and one cashier looked so so sad, I felt bad for her. I brought some ramen and found mice droppings in my package! This place is disgusting. Please do not go here!

This place is so disgusting it’s making me sick. I was walking down the chip aisle and i saw roaches and mice and it was disgusting i felt like i was in the trenches. And the meat looks very old and disgusting and the food is ALWAYS expired so when if you see something and if it doesn’t have a date on it DO NOT BUY IT!

I go to this store when I need something last minute because it’s close to me, so this review is based off multiple visits. First of all half the items on the shelves don’t have prices so you’d have to bring them up to the cashier to check. The employees walk around with headphones on, so it’s hard to get their attention. If you ask them a question they act bothered, like they don’t work there. When you walk up to the register the cashier are usual chatting amongst themselves and don’t bother to acknowledge the customer. Whoever is managing this location clearly does not care about customer satisfaction or the store itself.

My first time shopping in this Key Food was today and I had an amazing experience. I can't relate to all these people with the bad reviews.
The store was stocked and orderly. I was able to find everything that I was looking for. The prices on the meat are FANTASTIC! The employees were all knowledgeable and helpful. A young man from the front end directed me to the spices when I couldn't find them. Lori is the cashier who checked me out and she is the friendliest cashier I've dealt with in a long time. And on top of all that, they gave me a free case of water!
So overall, a great experience I will definitely be back.

The worst shopping experience every time I go. No one cares about the customer, there seriously eating fried chicken and hanging out with friends and the line is 1 line that is really really long. Everything is dirty. Employees are rude and management sucks. Please someone shut this place down. There seriously guessing and making up prices on the spot based on how they feel that day. Don’t go here. There is one close by that is way better.

All the negative reviews on here I think are based on the idea that you’d only think to review a grocery store if you had a bad experience. Sure, it’s busy during the holidays, and the bars by the entrance are kind of strange, but it’s a good grocery store, and it has the necessities.

The workers might not be the most attentive, but they’ve never ignored me or been rude to me. The interior of the store is always clean, and I’m usually in and out no problem.

Don’t let the negative reviews deter you - this is a decent grocery store, and you’ll find almost anything you’ll need. It’s my local stop, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else currently.

Waaaay overpriced and the gate at the front is bothersome! No one is EVER available to open it when you are done. So, you have to go back in and wait for someone to open it. Lastly, the selection isn't the best.

Clean with vegan/organic optionzz.the store associates that happened to be there while I was shopping were respectful and kind:)

It's not usually busy at this location so its great for quick grocery runs. The prices are pretty good as well.

Was hoping to rate it zero stars, but it seems that’s not an option. Don’t go. Go anywhere else. Anywhere else.

Love it here, can always find the food items that I'm looking for. The number one grocery store that carry bolthouse. They also carry organic and it's very neat and clean in there.

A varied selection of produce but the checkout section is a bit narrow for a place that tends to have on average 2 registers open.

Terrible rude service when checking out they won't touch your items if they are still in the basket and refuse to do it until you do it. Even though it's their job. I've gotten a lot of attitude from the employees and they all seem unhappy to be doing their job. The produce and food quality I will say has gotten way better over the years! But prices can be reasonable or expensive depending what you get.

Very overpriced and limited selection, I avoid going here when there is a Food Baazar right around the corner.

The staff is fantastic and work well with customers. Prices are fare, and the place is clean and we'll stocked.

The staff and management are lovely. The store is immaculate, the prices reasonable and the selection is worth the trip. I highly recommend this store as being one of the better among the chain of stores. It's a great place to stock up for large families. Happy shopping.

The only thing I can't stand about Key Food is all their sales are "must buy 4' or "must buy 5". How about a good price when I just want to buy one? !?

Good basic supermarket. They have a decent selection of foods and the price are reasonable. Meat and produce are good quality and fresh. I do the majority of my grocery shopping here. Is it the best grocery store I have ever been to? No, but it is very convenient and has all that I need.
