Key Food Supermarkets reviews
13Food is getting expensive. Strawberries were $10. I have to say if we have to pay for our bags at least bag our groceries. I will pay for a bag just so the cashiers can do the job they get paid for. The cashiers ring you up while texting or talking to co workers. Self check out never works. Liking this supermarket less and less.
I have a bad service because the manager his in that cashier him don't want to change my groceries shopping because he said it's too much
One of the best supermarkets in the neighborhood.
Good service
Fresh products
Excellent prices
Near train station and bus
The prices are great fresh produce plenty of stock I gave 3 stars because when I was going to check out an older cashier told me to go to another register because she was waiting for someone I had like 5 items and her belt was clear. As I was leaving I noticed who ever she was waiting for just checking out rude.
Medium size supermarket.
For European standards not cheap, except for cola and beer.
Decent Supermarket. You must look at expiration dates and the quality of product itself. I bought a loaf of bread, 2 days later there was mold! But the date said it was good for another 3 days after that.weird.staff at registers are sweet as well as the staff in the aisles stocking. There is just one manager, tall Spanish man, who is very rude in my opinion. He stares you down as you walk in the store as well as on your way out. Idk if he thinks I'm stealing or if it is because I am a pretty female.but either way it is very uncomfortable. Could use more and better sales in the circular. Ice cream selection is very very sparse.even in the summer it was light too so it is not just because it is winter.the sushi guy is very sweet and he takes pride in his work and always has a smile on his face which is nice. I give it 5 stars for cleanliness as well. Overall good place to shop regularly just be careful for expired products like I said earlier, and that manager that stands near the entrance/exit. He is the real reason I did not give this place 5 stars.they should promote one of the really nice register workers to manager purely for the great customer service skills they have.
It's better than Food Bazaar.in some ways. What's annoying is only like half their items have prices and often if you see a price, there's a different item there. No scanner to check prices, so it's always a surprise when you get to the register.
They have everything and the prices are great the meat and poultry section has great variety
I bought something that was suppose to be on sale and got charged full price! All other supermarkets will apply discounts at checkout. This place doesn't! I'm not going back!
I been buying from this specific location for last 17 years but from today onwards I will never buy from this place ever again. Today I went there with my daughter and her causin for trick or treat and they said they don’t have candy i feel so unfair. I we the people from neighborhood spent so much money there and this their turn to spent $0.10 cent worth of candy and they don’t have it are you serious. I wish I can give them —100 stars.
I bought a box of 6 Kind bars peanut butter dark chocolate for $12.29 today which is more expensive than other places. The same box is $8.99 on target.com and you can buy the bars individually for $1.50 each at Trader Joe’s.
Good selection, fair pricing and a friendly staff. But new self checkout still regularly requires an employees attention (which eliminates the purpose of it)
Best store in area. Been around for years. I remember when a massive Bowling Alley use to be on that site and many Friday Night tournaments were held there when Wyckoff Heights was the coolest place in Bklyn. The Hospital in the only thing that remains from those days. The Original Heights.
