Key Food Supermarkets reviews
14Rude staff, expired food- not sure why is it still open when many better served outlets are closing.
The food offcourse are getting extremely expensive. They have produce on the shelves that are expired. In the bread isle, the customer spotted a mouse running across the bread. That alone turned me off. Never went back again.
I made a quick stop by key food store on hillside avenue, just planned on doing window shopping ending up buying few things by counter area, honestly went for a shopping ️ bag purchase, Store looked clean, organized, didn’t have much time but look promising definitely to look back to shop and explore items that I frequently purchase, The staff by the counter was welcoming, friendly & offer good customer service
I have always like That Key Food, from day 1. They have Quality Things, and there food prices are very somewhat reasonable.
I have been there for many years because the prices were pretty good.but recently I brought chicken and some pork short ribs and different occasions and they were spoiled had to return.
Nothing spectacular. I find their meats to spoil fast. Prices are mediocre & staff basic. Definitely room for improvement.
I come to recycle every few weekends and they take there time when ever the machines get broken or stop working all of a sudden, also when u go to cash in your receipt they also take there time. Hope they can improve on this
Teach your workers to speak properly they are very rude.this is the second time I'm experiencing that along with several people who I shared my experiences with one lady in specific she is fat, tall, boy cut hair a little colored on front.she wears glasses.she is nasty rude
I had to speak to the owner and/or the manager present today about profiling us in the store. No Bueno.
I been shopping here for years since I was a kid. The staff is super nice and I keep bumping into family I didn't want to see or talk to. Lol.
Love the team here.
Custer service was poor. From the cashiers to the people at the seafood dept. I would never here again
The cold cut DELI section should keep the slicer cleaner. Why is the cold cut scale hidden? I can't verify the weight of the items I purchase. The only validation I have is the price label after its done.
I had no issues with the store at all, but the cashier ladies- one wearing an hijab and other older woman is Hindu I believe- are so judgmental whenever I buy things. I go to check out some stuff, and they look at my items and judge me for it and telling me I’m an adult I shouldn’t be having “kids food”? The social anxiety I have went sky rockets, I don’t like these people telling me not to buy certain things because how I look. Lately when coming to the store, I specifically avoid them, because I really don’t appreciate them questioning a customer based on how they look and buy.
Small, prices higher than other key food stores I've patronized, but I would go back. There wasn't a line to go inside. The cashier's were quick and friendly.
