I like shopping there. Cashiers are great. You are in and out. The store is small but they have what I need sometimes. Nice neighborhood store. They need more room in some aisles but still okay.

Good selection of products. Lacking a large kosher selection. Always clean and friendly staff.

Key Food Supermarket is very convenient for me because it's closer to the house, even though they're a bit pricey it still works out for me because I don't have to travel far too go shopping for little items.

I was there to buy a hero sandwich. I asked the deli guy and he said 9.99 not even knowing what type of meat I wanted. I walked out bye

All of the staff are pleasant especially the Deli workers. You can get most anything you want as they try to keep all the shelves well-stocked.

It’s okay. Food and other items in this location is quite expensive. We’re nowhere near Manhattan and it’s expensive

You need to check the prices every time you go here. Otherwise, they can easily charge you twice as much. It’s usual practice here. Beware of fraud.

I have been coming to this key food for some time now and the one time there’s a self check out open I decide to do a self check out. There’s a lady sitting by the check out to see if I’m scanning my items okay that’s fine, but when this other worker wearing a face shield and mask approached me with her nasty attitude asking if I paid for the items and now I’m just confused because don’t you know you have a worker sitting down watching me scan my items? Or are you just looking for a reason to show me how miserable your life is at 10AM? Showed my receipt and she was reading it as if it was the Bible mean while it was just two bags of chips and a carton or eggs and watermelon, yea let me just run away with these items. KEYFOOD DO BETTER WHEN HIRING, thank you! ️

I sent my disabled husband to Keyfood with a brand new shopping cart which was promptly taken away and put in the office. When he returned home after walking 4 blocks with his groceries I saw he had an old shopping cart. He explained that this was the only cart left in the office and he needed it to get his groceries back home. I have gone to key food requesting compensation for the cart he had trusted them with. I was told the regional manager needed to be contacted and he would call me back. I have yet to get a response.
I continually call but I get endlessly put on hold. The incident remains unresolved after two weeks. The lack of concern to remedy this unfortunate situation by Key Food is unconscionable.

I’m a mom,
Always shopping with a baby (in a stroller)
Everything is so tight it’s very hard to pass, Okay fine we live in America,
everything is tiny, today I went to pay and couldn’t fit in between registers, so I left a stroller, behind,
I planned to go right back when I’m done paying, woman after me said I have a whole shopping cart I can’t move it back, super bad experience! Not going back

Good service and friendly staff but something could be better. It feels like something is missing on the atmosphere there so that's why I give it 3 stars

Has a funk smell that’s why I knocked out of a star otherwise store is full of products shelves are Loaded decent variety of food lines aren’t huge relevant amount of people in the store considering it’s Brooklyn not too bad great parking spaces availability quick grab and go

I just found out from a friend u're store wouldn't accept debit card for baby formula. With a baby formula shortage any time u can get formula it's a 10. I think a one review is generous since no zeros

This keyfood is stocked so nice. The produce always looks great every time I visit. The dairy section is just as nice. Store is very clean.

I like the service in general but especially the dairy products area boys are very helpful, even you asked for products that are not part of they department.

Friendly place, great selection but prices are higher relative to the food universe (owned by the same company) that is a few blocks away. For example 1 lb chicken $3.49 there and $1.99 at food universe. Quality of meat and chicken does seem to be a little better so get do get what u pay for

Aisles are narrow & they are sometimes out of stock for common items. Staff is helpful & management has always been there for the community.

One of the worst key food store I've ever visited. It's not that small, but it is so packed with aisles of goods that it's impossible to navigate there with a cart. Two people would not be able to pass each other in an aisle. Many items are also unreasonably prices. You can frequently spot expired goods. This store needs an improvement. But the good thing is that they have a solar panels on the parking lot roof. One step closer to going green!
