Key Food Supermarkets reviews
10Not too bad, but not too good either. The elders outside stare like there is no tomorrow. Also, the ice cream section went very downhill. No popperz AND I have been followed around and asked to leave many times, all due to my age and skin tone. I’m tired of judgement.
The store was selling spoiled oranges. I bought them at 8: 30pm and brought them back the next morning. Manager was rude and refused to give me a refund, only exchange. She said that I could replace good ones by bad ones from previous purchases. It's very upsetting.
Very clean Nice staff Prices higher than other Key Foods
Smaller selection of organics and meat and dairy free foods than other Key Food market's carry that I need and what they they do have prices are jacked up
)
Friendly. Clean. Always find someone to help. Pretty large selection for a smaller market. Cashiers very competent.
Small market.some good buys but mostly expensive.fast shopping.appetizing dept.just check dates and buy what looks fresh
Nice people.not enough Vegan organics produce so so everything else okay Good people run it and work there
It's ok here, they have what I need. Prices are a little on the high side and I think they have a large amount of smaller (or maybe gourmet/private) label items. Staples like bread, milk, eggs, etc.are actually priced a little below other places. It's the only supermarket in the area, and there are a lot of seniors around so this is convenient for them.
Shop there after work and sometimes at nite on weekends because of convenience. Store was renovated and enlarged after Sandy but stll should be called superette. No bakery or fish counter and appy department compact. Not much in the way of imported or specialty foods. Sale prices are fair but everyday prices in all departments are high. No double coupons and no senior discount. Some sale items such as ice cream and soda require that you purchase more than 1 to get lower price. Was there tonite and noticed that some prices on such items like Philadelphia cream cheese and Hellmann's mayo were frightful. No families shop here, mostly older folks with small baskets or those with food stamps. Shop at Key to fill in but not to load your baskets. Employees are generally agreeable.
One of the cleanest stores u will ever find great selection of food and produce organic products good sales helpful staff they also deliver
