Key Food Supermarkets reviews
37Great place to go grocery shopping. Has almost everything you need from fresh produce to kitchen supplies. Aisles are clean and well-stocked. They even have self-checkouts to help you pay for your items faster. My only complaint is that prices here are higher compared to other nearby stores.
Had what I needed, but the space is small, or snug as you go through the isles. It's almost impossible to not almost bump into someone or simply to bump into someone.
I grew up with my parents Shopping @ Key Food. Abd it's still a great place to shop! Some of the staff are great & Cashiers a nice also at this Key Food!
It’s clean and is always stacked well. I never had to deal with long lines at this store which is an important factor to me.
Great selection of produce. We come here often. They kept stock through the pandemic. They have a delivery service and self check out aisles. Remember to bring your own bags.
I live nearby and go very often. Overall is good, though lately the store has issue with the fridges or storage conditions. I got mold in cottage cheese, yogurt, cake and frozen risotto. However, I always return affected items with no problems.
Great place with great fresh product! One of the best fresh juices I’ve ever had! The people working here were also great and really friendly. Me and my girlfriend had the juice that was a blend of mango pineapple and orange and man was it great. After we had our first sip it was heaven. Definitely would Rex commend this place to anyone who’s looking for something fresh and great tasting!
Horrible, lines running in every direction of the store, no one seems to have any control of what's going on there, I've been going here for over 20 years definitely won't be going back
Not enough selections. Full of sugar, salt, saturated fat, etc.in the foods. I promise you that if you buy your food here, you are going to develop diabetes and heart disease. Go somewhere else to buy your groceries. This place is also very expensive and the foods taste nasty.
It’s good that they don’t let you in with out a mask but it’s not good how one of the deli guys cuts/works with his face mask on his chin or not even with a mask at all.
Wide array of products available. They have expanded their veggies section significantly and I am glad they did since I primarily only do vegan/vegetarian types of food. Also, the produce is always fresh. Given the current circumstances of the virus, I am still impressed on how they're taking the precautions and are also considerate for our senior citizens that they have special hours just for them to get what they need without the worry of hoarders taking everything!
Horrible. Ice cream that is crystalised inside from being melted too many times. Apples that are brown in the center. Green peppers with skin more wrinkled than a 90 year old's. Kefir that's past the for sale date. HotPockets that are about 15% smaller than what you get at WalMart yet you pay more for a pair, because that's how you get one over the unsuspecting public, right? Avoid if you can. Go to the Stop&Shop just south on Stillwell Ave instead.
Majority of the material is overpriced, most of the meat is definitely overpriced, and some of the meat is in bad shape, just be careful, possible food poisoning if not carefully selected.
Cashiers are always on a terrible mood, no courtesy or manners. Isles are tight since two carts cant go by each other with out one having to back off and vegetables tend to dry. Last choice to go to fir groceries.
Hardly been there until I moved, because, sit in back yard, take a walk
bar is on Kings highway lol
Just get some coffe selzerwater& concentrate
The aisles are super tight and the fruit is always rotten. Otherwise it's good for a quick trip to the grocery store. The prices can be a little high at times but they have decent sales every now and then. The staff is also helpful and kind.
Please, don't ever buy cold cuts from the deli, they have a fly problem over there.and they have jackel and hydes for cashiers.
Ever since they rennovated this place they have more stock and looks clean. However the isles are too close together so two people with carts going in opposite direction might not be able to pass. Even worse is when workers are restocking the shelves with boxes everywhere. Everything is tight including the checkout line. Most of the items are overpriced. I mainly come here when the Asian supermarket accross the street doesn't carry an item or I'm price comparison items.
Delivery service sucks.no matter when I shop delivery takes hours n hours. I was first one for delivery once and received it 400pm delivery starts at 10am.figure that?
Very friendly staff. The guys in the deli department go above and beyond for their customers. Nadia is awesome.
