Key Food Supermarkets reviews
20Very clean supermarket and friendly staff. My only critique is the over priced meats and fruits.
Very impressed with the selection of products. I went there looking for non-dairy "milks" that don't have to be refrigerated until opened - other local stores don't carry these.
It's a good supermarket, but the prices could get better.my favorite isle is the produce isle, love grapes and avocados. There a tall hispanic skinny man that works on the produce isle and he always very helpful to myself and others. And he looks like he does a great job in keeping the produce isle neat.
Good place to go shopping they have such a variety of things to choose from you could go in just for one item and next thing you know you have five bags staff is very pleasant
The store is well stocked and the staff are all over so questions about where an item is can be easily asked. The cashiers are quick and courteous. Couldn't ask for a better, cleaner shopping experience.
I wish to thank the whole staff at my local supermarket who are doing a wonderful job restocking, helping customers and above all keeping calm amidst the frenzy.
I like going to Key Food. They have organic fruit and some other organic stuff and non gluten food as well. They are health conscience in this store. I love it. I encourage you to go.
Not bad for small supermarket, no deli for fresh cold cuts though, and check products for expiration dates!
Great store for grocery shopping. They have everything from fresh meats, seafood, milk & eggs veggies, frozen foods etc. No deli or bakery section though. Overall highly recommended.
Key food has expanded their selection in every department however I find that they are overpriced compared to other grocery stores. Yet, when you need something quick or when they have a good sale I can appreciate they are close by.
I like it much better than the C-Town. It has a very good selection of vegetables and fruits but the meat section is not great.
The store need to have more friendly and courteous employees especially those cashier the recycle machine is horrible the reason I don't like to buy there especially the bottle products the machine should be replaced with new ones you always have to got to the manager it's deplorable
Customer service is awful.
They hire a lot of cheap labor here, mostly high school teenagers who are rude and don't care about customers. I once stood in the cashier lane waiting for this cashier to finish "having a very interesting conversation" with a co-worker as he claims (the interesting conversation by the way was about Facebook or Twitter or some teenage crab they do these days).
Their prices are not competitive at all, go elsewhere and find everything for much much less without dealing with rude teens.
Very expensive.and do they like to follow customers inside wow.the only time I seen this place packed when people were expecting a storm.
Super helpful love coming to this keyfood the staff is awesome as they know there store in and out shows alot about who's in charge of the stores day to day it shows they care wasn't like that 6 years ago and I lived in this neighborhood ALL my life great management is hard to come by it's kind of like a little family as that's how you treated not just like a regular customer
This keyfood is a staple of sunset Park, it is about one of the few supermarkets left in the area.
It looks like they might be trying to upscale the place, which is a good move, but they have a long way to go.
This store is terrible. Everything is old and dirty and the prices are high. One star for nice employees. The only reason to shop here is convenience. Sunset Park deserves better.
Big supermarket, produce price and quality varies, but generally fresh and cheap. Frequent offers.
