Came to deposit checks into my account today and lady wouldn’t do it because it also had my business name on it. I had provided this same location my DBA paper work 2 years ago. I have deposited checks in other branches with no problems. I only went to this one as it is closest to my home. We are in the process of our refinance with this bank.wished my credit union had branches in my area.
Went in with my Mom to create a child checking account. The guy was very nice and informative, and we created the account very quickly.
My father sadly passed away in June. This is the ONLY financial institution, whether talking loans or back accounts, that has given me an issue FREEZING his account. Every other bank did that with a death certificate. Every loan he has worked with me with a death certificate. I am not trying to access this account, just freeze it. They REFUSED and his account is just going more and more negative due to bills that he had on auto pay and THEIR OWN FEES EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE THE REASON IT IS NEGATIVE! This is the LAST thing a grieving child should have to deal with on top of all the other hardships that come with the loss of a parent. I'm disgusted. RUN from this bank. Capcom and Sefcu were compassionate and helpful.
Tried to moved money from one card to another card. The transaction failed and they couldn’t give me a reason. So I had to go to a different branch and do the same exact transaction which worked. Then the same exact thing happened two more times. Someone has fat fingers at this branch
My girlfriend and I went here to get some help with our accounts. Cory helped my girlfriend and Jessica helped me. They were both extremely helpful and made everything very clear for us.
Manager was extremely rude, unhelpful, and resistant to suggestions I gave him to help me (6/5/2020). I won't be banking here anymore.
