Great place excellent service I don't know why there is even one bad review I mean sometimes there is a line but I don't think there is even one bank in the whole wide world that there is never a line and by the way you can always use the atm it's open 24 hours all I had with this bank was a pleasure especially the Monsey location

I’ve been with KeyBank for about 5-7 months now. I visited this branch in Monsey and a banker named Janice refused to give me my withdrawal. This is my first time here so I provided her with all info needed. I’m not sure if it’s because my skin color & I was asking for a large amount (to pay my rent) but she wasn’t friendly at all. If you bank with KeyBank I suggest you stay away from the one in Monsey.

There is a guy name John in this branch, he’s arrogant and have no respect for a customers and the manager supports him in it too!

This branch is understaffed, and very little parking.
You have to wait for parking then wait in line for the teller.
A typical deposit takes a half hour.
Today there was only two tellers and one when on brake, only one teller was left.

I visited this place today and was dissatisfied with the unprofessional and rude service from Trudy. She needs more training and I would not recommend this branch.

Highly recommended! I found the set up to be super smooth- the manager being very patient and my experience since then has only been positive.

In general a good bank, friendly staff, but wait time is horrible. Expect minimum of 20 minutes to wait in line, most of the time.
