Dumb teller can't figure out what to do with an international bank account.

A very clean, tidy bank and James was the most helpful with my inconvenience, he solved and clarified all my doubts.

I usually go there to help my friend Deposit his money, and there is a Spanish lady working in customer service she has tattoos in her hands she was so rude I mean it she is so rude she just started give me attitude and moving so slow and start talking to others and keep ignoring me. I don’t know why! She works in Nanuet brunch.

The branch doesn't answer its phone. Also, tends to be overcrowded at busy times (insufficient staff?).

We have been with key since they bought the union state bank franchise and have no complaints.good service friendly staff.
