Sunday brunch was delicious! Started with a walnut cinnamon babka then had a Jerusalem Bagle with smoked salmon YUM! The restaurant is light and bright with and indoor/outdoor vibe. I gave four instead of five stars because it seemed they forgot one of our items but quickly fixed. Will go back!

I was really looking forward to trying this place out. It’s a lovely restaurant and the aesthetics are amazing. Upon arrival we had to wait although we had a reservation. Communication wasn’t clear. They told us we can have a drink while we wait but after trying to get the bartenders attention for 10 minutes our table was finally available. Our waitress was not well versed with the menu when we asked specific questions. She took so long to return to our table with drinks that when we went to order our appetizer and meal she said they had just ran out of the short rib (she asked for our orders about 45 minutes of us being seated) This was extremely upsetting since it was the reason we made the visit to the restaurant. We ended up only have their passion fruit cocktail which was overly bitter and the mushroom hummus which was really good and the baklava which I enjoyed but was not enough for two people and the waitress failed to share how sweet it was and the fact that it is primarily cheese. I really wish our experience would have been better.

If you’re looking for remarkable Israeli/ Mediterranean style food then K’Far is the.the perfect spot!

I highly recommend the Baklava or the asparagus for starters! For the main course, the Bone In short rib was our favorite along with the Persian Lamb Shank. The food is big portion so it’s perfect for sharing.

The restaurant is upscale, unique, and contemporary. The service was truly one of the best. Our server was very friendly and attentive, and made sure we had an enjoyable experience and kept our table very clean! The atmosphere is also so vibrant and welcoming.

Overall, it was a really enjoyable experience coming here with my family and I can see myself visiting again!

Let me start of by saying Laser Wolf is probably my favorite restaurant, so I have been extremely looking forward to trying their sister restaurant for brunch. It’s a beautifully decorated space no doubt but their menu felt lacking. They were right about not missing out on the pistachio sticky bun but aside from that, the experience was lacking. The kale salad was one of my only two options being GF/DF. There weren’t many options for people with dietary restrictions. My friend enjoyed the smoked salmon bagel but not enough to finish it. We had a friendly server who seemed to refuse to buss any plates so our empty dishes stayed on our table until we asked for the check & a busser came to clear the table. I’d be willing to give it another shot a few months down the line just because I hold Laser Wolf to a high regard & understand K’Far is fairly new.

*this review applies the to bar in the lobby only*

I’ve stayed at this hotel nine nights in a row. 15 nights total in the last two months. Two nights ago I gave the bar a 5 star review- attentive service, delicious food, yummy drinks and I even received a baklava curtesy of the kitchen. I was served by a male bar tender who spoke Deutsch and shared about his experience living abroad, I wish I would’ve gotten his name.

I come to sit down at the same bar two nights later and I’ve had a completely different experience. It’s 8 pm on a Tuesday night, there is one lady sitting at the bar on her laptop and two female bar tenders behind the bar. I sit for a good ten minutes while they wash glasses, wipe things down, one even checks her cell phone, without so much as looking up. I finally say “Can I get a menu? A water? Anything? ” and they both look shocked that I’m even speaking? I finally get my food/drinks and I sit and observe as 8 other guests (and yes, yes they were) come and go at the bar. All other guests are greeted right away and enthusiastically. “Can I get you a menu? Are you eating or just drinking? Let me know if you need anything! ” As much money and time that I’ve truly enjoyed spending at this hotel in the last few months it’s quite disheartening that I will leave with such a sour taste in my mouth.

Sigh, such is life sometimes as a Black woman who enjoys nice things in nice places.

I’ve stayed with the hotel several times and this review is only for the K’Far Bar as I haven’t got a chance to try their food.

The drinks I tried were all great and my favorite cocktail from this place is the Passion Cuckoo! The bar area is cozy, clean and beautiful. Its never too crowded so you can still have conversations. Would recommend to anyone visiting the Williamsburg area.

I celebrated my bachelorette with my closest friends at K’Far Monday night, 4/3/23. Adam was the most fun and gracious host (Manager), the food was Amazing! Delicious! And the hospitality team were absolutely on point. Dinner was fantastic!

Delicious and trendy modern Israeli restaurant. Food and drink menu is amazing. Baked goods are the star here, both the sweet (challah almond Danish, pistachio sticky bun, walnut cinnamon babka and more) and savory (bourekas filled with various things). Salads are bright and fresh. Avocado toast (kubaneh) was incredible too. Space is large, light, and airy with excellent design touches. A buzzy new spot in Williamsburg and lives up to the hype.

K’far offers an exceptional dining experience with attention to detail reflected in every aspect, from the impeccably designed space to the welcoming and attentive service. The well curated menu has a variety of dishes that are not only visually stunning but also packed with flavor. We started our meal with the fresh and fluffy challah bread, which paired perfectly with the savory lebneh butter. The baklava was equally impressive, displaying a well-balanced blend of flavors. The Arabic salad was a delightful palate cleanser, it was light and refreshing. The star of the show was undoubtedly the lamb shank. This dish left a lasting impression on us with its tender and juicy meat, complemented by a medley of rich and savory accompaniments, including the flavorful babaganoush, aromatic garlic confit, fresh herbs, and perfectly cooked rice. K’far is a must visit for a truly remarkable experience.

This spot was absolutely gorgeous and the food was definitely worth the hype. They do a wonderful job highlighting many different middle eastern dishes and flavors and you should definitely not miss the schnitzel, halibut, of baklava. Great for groups or date night. Inside the Hoxton

The food was mainly fantastic, but it did feel like we were eating in a hotel lobby (which we were).

Have been twice - for Dinner and Brunch - amazing experience at both visits. The attention to detail in the decor makes the atmosphere feel like you have been transported out of NYC, it is calm and cool. The food is incredible, feels authentically Israeli. Special shoutout to Adam who made our brunch experience feel VIP and was accomodating to all our requests!
