KFC, Tonawanda NY

There was a strong odor of urine in the place then my boyfriend used the restroom came out like he was sick he said the sewage was backed up told the employee and she seamed to get a little angry and said it's been like that and walked away then ice machine did not work and came home with no coleslaw again. The place was so dirty I don't get how it does not get called to board of health. Never again

Went here to pick up 2 Uber Eats orders. They didn't have the orders labled. I asked them to label them so I could know which order went to the right customer. They literally refused so i couldn't complete my deliveries. So because of their laziness and incompetence my time was wasted and i couldn't do my job. Hope tge owner fires or at least demotes the manager for being so lazy and unprofessional.

Salty, greasy, fried chicken.mmm my kinda food from time to time. Blood pressure may not like it tho

Closed to dine in and carryout at 8: 30pm even though the corporate website and their own door say open til 10

Food was okay. Nobody goes to KFC for five dining. I went through the drive thru this evening and ordered dinner for me and my girlfriend. I ordered 2 KFC Famous Bowl meals, one with no gravy. One drink was raspberry tea no ice and the other was Sierra Mist. I also ordered 2 mini lemon cakes.

Problem 1:
My raspberry tea was a cup full of ice and very little actual tea

Problem 2:
They didn't give me the cookies that came with my meals

Problem 3:
The cakes I received were not lemon, they were chocolate

Problem 4:
This problem lead to this review. They wouldn't answer their phones and I called them at least 4 times in an attempt to let them know of their mistakes

Resolution proposed by me:
I won't be going back to this location again

Honestly don't even know how this place is still open. Management don't even know there own menu. Can't even get the order right. Missing items. I'd stay away and go to Popeyes. Or at the very least a different location.

When I first walked into the store they had raw chicken next to cooked food zero stars is exactly what they deserve! They told me that I was hired on a Saturday into coming at nine and no one ever came in work I stay until 1030 freezing outside in the cold then I came in the next day and they had me waiting for 20 minutes to never talk to me so I called the whole week then they told me to come in the next Saturday at 11 when I came in the manager was very rude and disrespectful to me telling me that I didn’t finish my application and that I couldn’t work that day when the application only takes 10 minutes And when I told him that I already have finished it off of a different website he told me I did it it was being very rude to me and literally walked away from me when I was talking to him absolutely disgusting behavior

This kfc in Tonawanda is the best kfc I've been too. So professional and always have your food ready in a quick timely matter they are the best! Employees are always very nice!

With the addition of Beyond "chicken, " I, a vegetarian, had to try it. And it tasted exactly as I expected, which is to say, good but not great. I hadn't tasted the famous "finger lickin' good" coating since the mid-seventies, and my degraded and untrustworthy memory remembers it tasting better, but I enjoyed it nonetheless, and wouldn't hesitate to buy it again, some day.

This is supposed to be my 3pc chicken big box meal, what a joke, not even a breast and a biscuit that seems like it's 3 days old! What a disappointment and rip off! This meal should cost $4.00

One of the employee told me his name is Adam he’s manger at 833 young st tonawada he was so rude and he's behavior was sooo rude and bad! He need to get fired! I was waiting 40 min for food then when I asked for refund he was throwing my refund at me! He was WITHOUT his mask all the time he came from back door, after he came he didn’t even washed or put gloves! He started making food! Horrible ridicules

My fiancé was in the hospital for a couple days last week due to getting SALMONELLA after eating a chicken sandwich from here. The health department has been notified. We’ve never had any issues with this location until now unfortunately. Absolutely will not be going back. If I could give zero stars, I would. Be careful!

Ordered through ubereats.the poor driver had to sit in the drive through for an hour because they don’t open the doors! Finally get my order and my 8 pc standard bucket family meal was all wings! No breasts, all wings and basically no meat! No rolls with order that were supposed to come with family meal and the fries container was 25% full, not enough to feed my family of three! I called and spoke with the supposed manager and when I advised the order was a joke he told me I was a joke and hung on me! Told me to take it up with ubereats, nothing he could do. Why was this ubereats responsibility, they didn’t pack the order! Disgusting, never again and I will be telling everyone I know not to eat there! I would give 0 stars if I could.

833 Young St, Tonawanda NY - THIEVES ordered online.received notification order was ready. Arrived & was told they did not have 3/4th of my order. REFUSED TO CREDIT MY CARD nor would they give me the items they did have available & credit the balance.

Food is decent. However, I rarely get an order properly filled from them. It may be that I end up with stuff I didn't order, or short on an amount of food, but 7/10 times I visit and order, they end up getting something wrong. Can't recommend based on that fact alone.

This place has been consistently bad, even before Covid. It's the closest location to us. The $20 fill up is now $30. Tonight, they shorted us the mash potatoes, gravy and coleslaw. They were out of thier beverage bucket deal. They have discontinued their green beens and the chicken was DRIPPING IN GREASE. It's like they are just handing their customers to Popeyes. I'm done overpaying for poor quality food & incompetent service. This location is a train wreck in a dumpster fire.
