KFC, Olean NY

We've been going to this place for a while and it has definitely been improving. The staff have always been great and managers are quick to get on the employees quick if somethings wrong. Food has always been great. The location and atmosphere of the clientele are what bring this place down.

After a long day all i wanted was some chicken fries and a quesadilla and some fries after i got the order i realized they didn't give me any fries (the fries where the only reason i was eating there) and the quesadilla was barely cut they put no effort in making my order so they will reserve a one star review and i will never be eating there again. Even if they did cut the quesadilla i would still never eat there again because they forgot my fries. If i could give half a star i would how do you forget half an order like that SMH.

The service was great, the store was clean, the people were very nice. My complaint is in the food. The biscuit was so hard it was not even edible, and the chicken was old and disgusting. I could not even eat the food.

Company did reach out after post and apologize for my experience. No compensation was offered but I have since returned to the location and the food was much better. In fact very fresh.
I got to thinking and I think the freshness issue experienced the first time was related to it being 3: 45pm. I was at location around noontime the last visit.

Bought a 6 cookie meal online for pickup, they forgot the cookies. The main feature of the deal. Every time I go here they forget something, and almost everything is being removed from the menu and the lack of promo items, it's starting to not be worth going to KFC anymore for me. And how can taco bell one town over have baja blast zero and this one doesnt? We literally went to the taco bell 30 minutes away over this location because of the special items. Yes Im that willing. I doubt that this town is that much of a wasteland once you cross the province border that this branch has to "save money".

I usually like kfc food but most of the time it sucks. Last night, I got a famous bowl from there and woke up with terrible stomach pain. Thank you kfc for giving me food poisoning.

Dirty Tables, 2 restaurants in one cause crowdedness, soda machine gave me carbonated water instead of baja blast, spicy chicken sandwich was good but lazy (was a normal chicken sandwich just with spicy sauce below it) only thing I can't complain about were the french fries and the people.

Still waiting in line 22 minutes later inside at the counter, apparently DOOR DASH gets served first over in store at the counter customers, good job kfc.in line with 4 or 5 other people had 3 people walk in and got sick of waiting and walked out. Bulls***

This is some of the best fast food you can get. The lady that waited on us was exceptionally nice and fast. It was busy and she was on top of it and stayed cheerful!

Ordered a 4 piece combo box. Got home and only had 3 pieces of chicken. The phone number has been busy for over an hour.

Don't get your order right, food was stale and they take to long to forget things.too many cigarette breaks

This was terrible they gave a customer the wrong order then try to give it to someone else after it left the building. Workers with gloves putting finger in there hair then making other food. Absolutely Terrible

Someone explain to me why KFC/Tacobell has no chicken OR beef. I would understand running out if it was an hour before but we wanted to order FIVE hours before they closed. I also understand meat shortages but there was absolutely no sign, nobody even told us until we were literally ordering. I even spoke to the worker and told him I needed a minute to figure out what I wanted yet he didn’t think to even bring that up. When I was ready to order he decided to tell me in a completely rude manner that there was no meat at all, while his work buddies were laughing at him, it was unbelievable. I don’t usually write complaints and I’ve worked in customer service I know how it gets, but they had no excuse to be so rude when they couldn’t even bother to say anything.

KFC is always good. No matter what location or state I ate KFC in it has always been a good experience.

Don't order chicken after 9: 00 p.m. They didn't have anything but legs. The potatoes were dry very little gravy. But any other time I love it

We have multiple health issues and Ahmad was cheerful and helpful through our navigating new territory, as we don’t normally eat out but got stuck far from home.
One of the kids with me has a severe allergy and was almost in tears. Ahmad gave multiple options and double checked with kitchen staff.
He turned a frown into a smile and really made our day.

Ahmad is awesome. He was very polite and helpful. Food was good and hot. Also got out of there quick for being lunchtime.

Ask for tacos without lettuce and get lettuce. Just a little bit. Like its unorganized and dirty back their or theirs just lettuce throughout their cheese cause the workers just don't care. And the offensive music playing in the back ground over what i assumed was the programmed music thats suppose to be playing.

Absolutely horrible experience, inflation must be taking it toll hard on kfc, ordered hard shell Dorito tacos, literally had 4 pieces of taco meat and barely any lettuce or cheese, taste like I was eating just a plain taco shell. I would rather see a price increase than product decrease, needless to say my partner and I were still hungry after buying 20$ worth of kfc/ taco bell. Will not being returning, wish I could rate this negative stars
