KFC, Dunkirk NY

Food was TERRIBLE. Chicken was dry and totally tasteless. Had 2 bites. Returned it to get my money back only to get told there were no refunds. I will NEVER go back.

Long waiting line sometimes up to 20 minutes for food people working there always on the staring at their phone not worried about the customers and very rude

The pot holes on the way out of drive thru and entering parking lot are not acceptable for customers to keep dealing with. Please fix them asap

I went for a chicken sandwich combo French fries We're barely luke warm. The older gentleman working to counter was courteous and kind.

On Google it says they're open until midnight. Showed up at 10: 32. Waited in the drive thru line for 10 minutes assuming they had just been busy. Employees hadn't the courtesy to tell me they closed rather they waited for an extended period of time to just turn the lights off while two of them messed around with each other in the kitchen. Yeah these guys for sure deserve $15 an hour. Love the food but shall not return. Respectful customer service isn't rocket science.

Has the chicken sandwich box advertised online but when I went to order it today they said it wasnt available. It was literally showing it online that I could order it. Waste of time and gas.very disappointing with false advertising

Service has completely deteriated. Third bad experience in a row. I won't be back. I'm sure most of the customers there tonight witness the complete operational breakdown

Never has chicken made and refuses to make more at 6pm rude as hell management needs to pick it up and start planning ahead

Placed an order at the counter for a 12pc. Bucket with 3 sides and a Famous Bowl. I was told it would be at least a half hour before I would be able to get it because they didn't have enough chicken to fill my order. Uh, excuse me but isn't this place supposed to specialize in chicken (KFC). So I wait for my order, the # on my receipt is 4002. As I'm waiting I watch as they call the next numbers 4004,4005, and 4007.
For some reason they skipped 4003 and 4006 and my number, 4002.
So I went back to the counter to ask why. The girl never answered me. She just went to the back and as I watched she put together my order. She then brought it to me and never said a word. I want to know, who do I call to file a complaint.

Restaurant was dirty. Out of toilet paper in both bathrooms. Out if lids for the drinks. Forgot sauces and silverware in our order.

Here we go again! Almost a year later we decided to give this 1 more try. And once again 9: 30 pull up order a 16 piece meal I was told they didn't have enough chicken. OK how about a 12 piece. Again not enough chicken.maybe an 8 piece. No we don't have any chicken at all. I don't understand why there is even a KFC sign out front! Who dose happen? Twice I've been there and they have no chicken a year a part really! I can't believe this place is still in business.

This would be a great place for a restaurant.but sadly employees don't care.

Quick pick up means at in drive thru for 25 minutes. Rude rude rude service. Obviously staff could care less.

The slowest of the fast food chains around Fredonia and dunkirk. Wouldn't recommend if your on a lunch time crunch.

Kind of on the slow side for service but was busy drive thru. Did not like where the entrance was almost missed it not marked very well. Stickers were all over the poles, back of stop sign, and electric box leading up to the pay/pickup window not very attractive.

Kind of expensive if you don't have coupons. Sometimes the food can be better as well. Staff has always been pleasant.
Store front is closed quite often.so if a customer wants it doordash they end up waiting an additional 15 to 30 minutes depending on the line in thy drive thru
