KFC, Vestal NY

My husband was there today & ordered one 8 piece bucket & requested legs only (which he has done before with no problem) & was told he would have to wait about 20 minutes since it was a "specialty order" & my husband said that was ok. When the order was ready (originally taken by a very nice woman behind the counter) the manager came out & said to my husband, " I can't do this, just all legs. Now what am I going to do with the thighs!? " He was very rude & nasty the way he talked to my husband. He was a fairly young person & he should take a class in how to treat customers. Well I can say we will never go back.

We went there to get dinner and were informed that there was no original recipe and that we'd have to wait 45 minutes. This was at six o'clock. There was also no restroom available. 1 door was locked and you have to walk around the building to the other door. Why not put up a sign?

The drive thru almost took off our tires and they changed the popcorn chicken to some chicken nuggets that suck. Won't be going back.

Went to this store today WHAT A JOKE! Was told with a 16 piece meal you can only get 2 mashed and 2 Cole slaws. Got home and had 10 wings 6 breasts. They are rude nasty and KFC should be ashamed to have this store in operation. Rude nasty and just ignorant employees at this location.

Don’t every go in they are always playing loud music with profanity it’s so unprofessional there they general manager has no clue what’s going on half the time Moin. Wouldn’t recommend

Id give 0 stars if I could… ordered delivery and the order was missing items and the drink was opened and had been drank from. Called the store and refused to listen to the complaint and said it wasn’t their problem… contaminants from a stranger is UNEXCEPTABLE! DISGUSTING!

They didn't have enough chicken for my order so they asked me if I was willing to wait for fresh chicken and when I said yes, I was thanked! Gratitude and smiling faces go really far! They then gave me a 10% discount and a free drink! The wait was worth it and they put in fresh biscuits, Mac & cheese, potatoes and gravy! Yummy

The new 2 for 5 dollars spicy wrap, great and a good price, along with their chicken sandwich, All for under 12 dollars.

Don’t recommend the music they play inside is so unprofessional and made me uncomfortable was eating in with my son and left every song they played in the back was filled with curses it’s disgusting oh and they weren’t the nicest people

This location in particular tends to not even be open. Half the time that I show up their lights are on but it literally no one is at the building. Kind of strange way to run a business

Me and my family are 100 % dis satisfied with the rgm named moin at this facility the other staff was pleasant but moin charged us for stuff that we didn't get and was refusing to give money back offering up more food in return instead of the money back for the food that wasnt received I have ran kitchens I even worked fast food I hate to say it but I see this location going down hill and fast if there leader doesn't get the training he needs if someone from the corporate office can reach out to me that would be amazing

Amazing food was good plus the girl that works their was amazing well mannered n respectful

Absolutely rude. I ordered online and asked for bbq and honey mustard. I realized only bbq was in the bag but there was no one up front and it wasn't a big deal, so I was just going to leave without it. Got to the car and checked my order again because it felt light. Was missing the biscuits. Went back in and waited patiently and told them I was missing the biscuits and honey mustard. Girl goes back to the kitchen
Girl, she says shes missing the biscuits
Guy In the grill, did you check the bag?
Girl, nope, I don't feel like arguing because ya know the customer is always right. Said with an attitude. And starts laughing
Me, I can go get my bag of you'd like to check it
Girl. Oh no, that's fine, I believe you.

And then still didn't give me the honey mustard.

This was my first time ever going to this one

On the 25 of August my mom and I came in to the restaurant to order take out and there was a guy in front of us waiting for 5 minutes and so we’re we and nobody came to the counter. And then I look on the counter and card or exact cash so we left and so did the other guy in front of us. I don’t think we will return very disappointed

Went to enter there store at 8: 30, there were customers in the lobby but was unable to enter due to them locking their doors am hour and a half early. Which is false advertisement for their hours.

So my family don't eat KFC, so we decided last night to go today. The black lady at the window was rude and told me in front of my children that the bowl we were getting was nasty, my children seen the Commercial about chicken n cheese and were very excited. She is going to run people away. I still got it because we drove there for that reason. Watch your employees, that was rude to say in front of my children. If you don't like the food then ok but it shouldn't be said to customers who are paying for the food.
