KFC, Canandaigua NY

This KFC in Canada Grove New York is a great option for fast food the chicken and mashed potatoes were done very well and a biscuit too it's good for families and stuff as well I went through the drive-through and it was generally pretty quick to get the food the people that work at this KFCR Generally really good at their job thank you and I will recommend this KFC to you

I went to kfc yesterday bc I originally wanted Popeyes. I wanted chicken tenders but there wasn’t any so I got two pieces of chicken and a lemonade. The lemonade was so sweet that it was bad and tasted like they added sugar to it, making it thicker. The chicken was although has given me food poisoning. I feel so sick in so many ways right now. I will not eat from there again.

Food is fine. Window staff is personable. Atmosphere in my car is fine. Bring back tye hot wings

Their prices are unbelievably high, I can get it cheaper at a store than going to KFC. And get more for my money

I got sick off the food. They didn't have original for me and my mom. I had to take crispy and I had a rough time eating. Other people where ordering chicken they got original. But they wouldn't give me what I order. It made no sense.

Bought some dinner last night and was disappointed that the original recipe has been altered.

I have had no actual problems per say, always got my order correct and in a timely matter, My 2 issues are as follows 1> skin and coating is constantly missing on a lot of the pieces (regular not extra crispy) even before they put it in the bucket as it is not even fallen off in the box, 2 > the seasoning seems to be missing one of the spices, as it did not taste the same as it was when I had before, at home we just sprinkled a dash of Seasoning on it, in which it brings that recognizable KFC flavor back

After finding out the newly-opened Macedon store wouldn't accept area coupons that I had just received in the mail, I called ahead and Canandaigua (where I was headed anyway) cheerfully accepted them, despite the same Indus owners, if I have it correct. The food was the best I've ever had at KFC and save for a time I had a friend that worked at Webster, the service was by far the best as well. This may now be my Canandaigua lunch stop, so thank you for making my day that last Saturday!

CANANDAIGUA KFC. GOOD AND CLEAN; AND FRESH CHICKEN. THE OTHER KFC NO GOOD CHICKEN, LOOK BURN AND YOU CAN SEE THEY DON'T CHANGE THE OIL.

As I sit here at 6: 20 and wait for my food that was suppose to be ready at 6: 14. I was told it will be another 15 minutes. This is a mobile pickup. Understand it's a Friday night but goodness we need to be a little more prepared for a rush on top of mobile orders. The gentleman at the counter is very polite and helpful. He was trying is best to get thru the rush. Mason shot out to you for doing what you could and pulling thru it.

They got my order wrong which wasn’t a big deal but when I brought it back in the old lady in the back tried to argue with me that I didn’t order fries when I had the receipt that said fries on it… the guy at the front helped me out and saw that I had been given the wrong order. But she continued to berate me for “not ordering Fries” he had to yell back at her that they were on the receipt before I got my fries. Absolutely embarrassing

The employees were polite but the food here tasted terrible. The chicken was bland and overcooked.the biscuits were undercooked.

Went through the drive through, and they had a long wait because they didn't have enough chicken, which is understandable, however, when my Mom was talking to me, a lady rudely told my Mom to let me talk. I call after I get home to speak to their manager and to.try to get a refund or something for the coleslaw that they forgot and they couldn't be bothered to answer their phones. I'll definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

I never thought I'd give a fast food restaurant 5 stars, and yet here we are. The food was hot and fresh, the sandwich was pretty good, but are we sleeping on KFC fries? Seriously, they were better than most fries I've had at traditional restaurants. I went back the next week to see if it was a fluke. It was no fluke. KFC fries are legit. Who knew?

K. F. C. You have indubitably caused an explosion of my cranium with your undoubtedly delicious KFC Famous Bowl! The amount of flavor rolling off of the buds on my tongue is not only impressive, but absolutely exquisite. There is not much that could keep me from eating at your fine establishment, except unless you’d perhaps forget to include the required utensils to consume such meal, in this case, you have. But, don’t you fret any, scoops the ice cream bar on the lake, was of great help, and was able to provide me with the fork I was so desperately needing.
Although you have failed me in one way, you have exceeded my expectations in so many others, and therefore I forgive you.

Didn't get some of my order didn't go back bc it was too far away of a drive once I realized it

I usually don’t leave reviews but I’ve been here a few times and every time I come through the drive through they are always so sweet to me and make sure I have everything I ordered. They haven’t messed up my order once! Always very very sweet every time I come to the window.

Never.she employee she was yelling at me and challenging me to fight even telling her that she didn't understand english. The staff is horrible and I will never go back.

Employee was very rude, cut me off while I was talking. I wasn't able to change out sides for something I'd eat cause she was in a rush. Food was edible tho

Yesterday around 1: 30pm I stopped in for lunch and was very disappointed with the drive-thru service! I ordered the chicken finger meal with fries, coleslaw and unsweetened ice tea. When I got my meal I asked if there were napkins in the bag for I was going to be eating in my car, I was reassured there was at the same time the 2 guys working the window were laughing at something and shut the window immediately. When I got to my destination there was no napkins, no spoon for the slaw and diluted raspberry tea in my cup! I felt like I was the joke of the day they were laughing at, I ate 2 bites of my slaw with a flat key chain I found, never touched my fries, ate a couple chicken fingers and dumped my tea out. Now I don’t make a habit of writing reviews but felt it was warranted.
