KFC, Flushing NY

Only 2 person, slow. Full of people, slow…. Every time… slow. The chicken is good. But the every KFC chicken wrap has different standard that is super interesting. For example, if I order kfc in 1110 us 46 ledgewood NJ 07852 the chicken wrap will only got lettuce, I like it. But if I order same thing in this restaurant, 2 pickles with some cabbage, (I know that taste sweet) that is killing me: (

Quality control is needed. Pickles in the classic Chicken sandwich were gone bad and the color of Chicken fingers were muted brown like they didn’t change the oil for weeks. I love KFC and I feel sad that KFCs are closing. Hope this one last. Good luck!

Went there to get their chocolate chip cake and they sold me an expired one. Would not recommend this location.

Hit or a miss, mostly miss. Chicken was very bland, like no seasoning. Service is very slow, order online.

Ordered delivery and received wrong and missing food. Imagine trying to update me or anything about not having the food.

Made an order online and paid for it. I got to the store and waited 30 minutes and they said the order never came. The store also wouldn't allow the workers to make it into a new order or cancel. Horrible store policies

Placed a mobile pick up order. Went inside on time and my order was not ready, observed the whole thing while this retarded staff preparing my 2 wraps. He was playing his phone on his right hand with plastic glove on. BUT his bare left hand without plastic glove touched my wraps! LOL. Only 2 wraps took him more than 10 mins to finish. So after watching he finished my wraps and walked toward the counter on his magic hands he called my name. I said can you pack it up? He told me to calm down. I confronted him and he walked with shame and did not even handed it to me the food! This staff name starts with J. I have already called customer care and issued an refund. Attached a amazing work done by this trauma staff. (Ez stickers LOL)

The food was good but the place and the bathrooms are disgusting, clean up guys we deserve better

Food is good service can be better felt unapreciated as a customer who purchased a 20$ meal 30 mins earlier. I came back so see if i could get some water and its like i wasnt even there.

Terrible I been waiting for my order already for an hour and 20 minutes and they still haven’t deliver it

Last time I visit, the chicken is so salty. This time I try the chicken wing and tender, it is much better, the outer shell is crispy, and the chicken is well cooked.

The establishment could use better cleaning. The floors were dirty and there was garbage on it as well. The glass windows were dirty, too. The soda machine smelled of mold / mildew as such I didnt drink it, despite paying for a cup. The potato wedges were excellent, though. My wings came in a bowl with so much grease in it, though I cannot be sure if that’s how it is meant to be served. The service was nice and without delay.

Pretty decent for a fast food restaurant. The service was extremely fast, especially because there was a line and we ordered pretty late into the night. The food was okay, place was clean and tidy.
