KFC, Jamaica NY

I ordered crispy chicken and what i got cold spicy chicken and always never got my right order i dont know why - and it always cold not warm or hot -always hot.

I don't know how they keep chicken long time.last two time same chicken then gave me which is too hard, dry, bad oil smell. Nothing is fresh here, try to avoid this location. Westing money to go theke

Only thing i didn't like was that the restroom was closed. I really needed to go so i went to a supermarket nearby and did my business there. The workers actually kept my food warm in one of their ovens. They would've let my food go but they didn't. The Chicken was fresh. I would likely return to this KFC again but fix your darn restroom. Lol

Everything is very greasy, the chicken and the potatoes don't give time for the food to drain.

How this place passed inspections, it’s filthy, fries always oily the chicken is bland don’t waste ur time.

I'm sorry to say, but it was all old and the food tasted like reheated food. Never here again.

Very bad customer service, the lady at the drive through window was being ignorant and very unprofessional. Very disappointed

This KFC location is always filthy! The tables are always dirty and never wiped off. The floors are disgusting looking. There are always homeless people sitting in the dining area. How can I enjoy my food while I have to smell bad oder? The staff aren’t the friendliest. The staff aren’t attentive.

Worst chicken i ever had, they serve you old fries and chicken. Very bad quality, i had to garbage half of them.

The worst KFC ever food all ways hard never fresh r stail and you bring the food back no exchange r money back

Order experience is good but the food is bad salty, oily, one of them raw inside and it has no seasoning (bland) some of the chicken has seasoning and most of them are bland surprisingly Popeyes chicken is good

Ok prices but chiken should be fresh ot was not fresh staff need to work and cook good next time big pieces please and fresh chicken please

Service was terrible, intercom was malfunctioning and the cashier was very rude. An they messed up my order. I will NEVER patronize this KFC again.

Chicken was not even warm. Fried and kept long. Too much fat between skin and meat. Never recommend this location

KFC should be ashamed of themselves, I just purchased a 2 piece grilled chicken with Coldslaw and a biscuit, The Chicken was old and stale, scribble up to the bone, The biscuit was hard as a rock, The only thing that was decent was the coldslaw and the Chocolate chip cookie
I started to return it back to the store, instead I just discarded it in the trash, I will not being going back there any time soon

Today was an Unbelievable and horrible experience at this KFC I really wish someone higher up could have seen how I was just treated. I was the only person in line and decided what I wanted to order and cashier was trying to rush moving to fast, i handed her my money and when she repeated my order it was totally wrong I explained to her that was not correct and repeated my order to her, out of no where she got super nasty and talking under her breath then she says out loud it's my fault and still tried to give me the the wrong order and then says I and I quot "I all already have your money" now at that point that was it I was not going to stand there and let someone disrespect and insult me! I asked for my money back and told her there was no need to act like that! And to top it all off I believe she was the manager there just a miss know it all with zero communication and customer skills. I was actually embarrassed and would never go back there! Please look into this KFC!
