KFC, Bronx NY

The first time come this KFC.today I ordered 3 original chicken drum come with Biscuit mashed potatoes.it was good but the biscuit so small. And chicken nuggets so small.i did not like the chicken nuggets. The only good thing I saw nice and clean.nice employees

If I could give less than 1 star I would the cashier who took the order named Nad in the drive thru was disgusting with her attitude. I asked a very simple question and was given a disgusting attitude and reply I kept my composure because I am working on myself because If I was how I normally would be she would have caught fire. However she needs ti be trained in customer service or they need to replace her with someone who is happy to have a job and respects people. I hope this changes because kfc will lose customers at this rate and location.

Worst customer service ever. The lady manager cursed me out and thru my food at me. All because I asked her to service my food with gloves. Sorry but don’t eat here and I’m never returning.

Their customer service is horrible. They served us cold chicken, and the manager was mad disrespectful & she didn’t wanna give us a new batch of chicken. They refused, to give us fresh chicken. They didn’t even try the worker kept saying “they are fresh already”. Then how about you try it yourself.

Food is good. Just the homeless people hanging in restaurants tends to beg for food or money.

Not one of my go to places. I don’t have nothing bad to say about this place. It’s clean and warm and since I was waiting on the bus it was perfect shelter from the midnight chill.

Rude rude rude horrible experience! I was cursed out for checking my bag before driving off the manager tried to help but then just walked away because the associate kept screaming smh never again will I come back

Chicken pieces served are very small
Customer service is not good, not a single smile and the tables, floors and bathroom are dirty

Staff is very rude to the customers, they need to treat people with respect, customer service badly needed, we're spending our money.

Nice. Fast service. The food is good. Not much to say about it. Dining in is available. No one really in there when I visit. The drive through is sometimes operational. Not really sure how to describe. Either someone is manning it that day or they say sorry you have to come inside lol.

They food got much better here but Not the prices! The chicken sandwich tastes like the sandwich at popeyes and McDonald's (McDonald's win) the honey wings are good but way too spicy good thing I tasted it before feeding it to my child

If you can avoid this place, you should. The staff look and act like it's the worst job in the world. Everyone looked unhappy to be there. Then of course the menu comes next. The prices for eating out have gotten so out of control. I remember an 8 piece dinner costing about $22.00. Now the eight piece costs $30 before taxes. That's about a 25-30% price increase. Additionally the food was very greasy and just wasn't as satisfying as I remember it. Honestly, I think Kennedy Fried Chicken would've been better. Stay away at all costs if you can help it. Sorry folks, but that's my experience.and I write a lot of reviews on Google. Take it or leave it.

So I order a 4 piece combo meal thru the drive thru. I ask for a wing, breast and 2 legs. Before I drive off I look into the box to eat a piece and I notice the tiny wing ever so I ask the server why the wing was so small and he says there were all like that and I ask if they can give my another one. He goes and asks the manager and she says no. I then ask for a different piece and she asks for the wing back. SMH. Poor customer service.

I went to pick up 2 chicken sandwiches & some chicken Tenders. I picked it up at the drive thru. The order was hot & very good. I did not wait long at all! This was on a Sunday about 4: 30 pm. Keep up the good work!
