KFC, Brooklyn NY

I did not recommend this place to anyone. I came there today and it was terrible decision to buy anything there. I remember the service from few years ago. It was absolutely better than today. Staffs was not oriented and had a communication problem including understanding language. They was nasty to the customers. They weren't friendly and helpful for customers. I think that they don't care about the people orders and you don't have a right to can't complain because they don't like it if you do they yell at you so you can't complain even if you are unsatisfied. The place is dirty with no bathroom. Actually they have a restroom but not in service. You have to check what they give you because you never know if you get the right order. They are so lazy so if you can go somewhere else.

Service is awful with delivery! I always pay for extra sauce packets, but it’s usually not included when my order arrives. I tried calling the location multiple times, but the call abruptly ends and it goes straight to “user busy”. Buyer beware!

This has to the the laziest staff. First they tell me theres no wings. Then when I order a 2 piece meal guy tells me there is no crispy that they only have wings. I left without buying and until they switch the staff at this location all ill be using it for is there bathroom.

One of the cleanest KFC in the city and has plenty of space to eat and park your cars. Also the staffs are friendly unlike other kfc.

The customer service in this place is HORRIBLE! I also would like to speak the owner or manager about an incident that took place!

The place is super, they serve you well, there are staff in Spanish and English, it's PERFECT I recommend it.

If I could give 10 stars for service, I would. The kindest and most accommodating KFC I've ever been to and easily one of the most well run establishments in the area. If you have a craving for Chicken. This is the place.

Typical fast food, unprofessional staff is the most common reason for the "typical fast food". The staff behind the cashier literally said "I don't care about the customer" just a few minutes earlier.

The toilet was closed for guests, the employees had fun that the guests had nowhere to go to the toilet and at the same time they commented loudly with a smile on their face
