KFC, Batavia NY

Had the three piece the other day and man, what a sad sight. Was I given the last scraps on the tray? Lol These places have no consistency. One day it's a good meal, the next time you're wondering what the hell is this?

I love long John silvers but I will say the meal gets smaller & the price stays the same! The food was great!

The original recipe is too, too crispy of the chicken which is very overcooked and too greasy, took away my appetite.

Ordered an 8 pc bucket. Got home & they gave me 9 wings & 2 breasts. Called & they said that's all we had available.

Fiance got a 5 piece tenders and they charged her for an 8 piece. That's $22. Good job. Never coming here again.

Food was good! Order online and ahead of time for the best results. Got a lot of awkward eyes from other customers as they were waiting while I grabbed my food from the online order section

Went through the drive-through then orderd, and asked for green beans for a side and they said ok and instead gave a extra side of gravy and we had to wait 15 min with no other cars in line we then went around and only then did they say they don't have green beans. It's sad to see how bad service has gotten at least around dinner.

I had my food personally delivered out to me after I was told it was going to be a few minutes to prepare. Worth going to because it is the only Long John's in the area

OMG was the service terrible. I placed a online order which said it'll be ready at 805. I get there at 8 so I can place a order for something I forgot to add. After placing the order and receiving the one i placed there. They are just putting in the pot pies for my mobile order telling me it's gonna be 20 minutes. I said it was fine and waited in my car after 25min I sent my son in to get the order and they only gave him part of the order. I had to go back in to tell the one lady that I received only part of my order, to where she disappears in the back and finally after 5-10 minutes. A guy asked what I needed sk I told him to which he got the rest of it ready. So for a order that was supposed to be ready at 805i didn't leave there till 835. No apology nothing.

The staff was very friendly and I got my order as I was paying for it.very fast, even got extra sauces.

Waited 35 minutes for drive thru fast food. Wish I was exaggerating. Pretty sure 2 total ppl were working there at 6pm. If these tenders aren't finger lickin good. I am coming back dressed as Colonel Sanders to personally fire the person in charge.

Horrible! I have tried to go several times. I drove away every time after waiting 15 min or more. No explanation and no apologies. Will not return.

Food was amazing g but very unprofessional staff fighting with other customers in front of children. Waited a very long time to get food

Bought the Wednesday Special and it was fantastic! Excellent service, fast and will be returning!

This might be the single worst run fast food store in all of NY. Absolutely awful service, extremely slow and food is always old.
