This Place is Garbage and its chicken is just as nasty as the manager Ryan Sutton's attitude no refunds no matter how bad they screw up on your order I will not come back here at all I would not even recommend feeding a dog this garbage chicken

Impressive. Only complaint please change the grease for the Fry's & add a little more mayo to the chicken sandwich. Overall 0-10 this location gets a 6.5 (location time 10: 55 a.m)

They can’t get any orders right everytime I go there they can’t get my order right I got a Mountain Dew bucket the guy hands it to me dripping wet very unprofessional he looked higher then a kite

Ordered chicken dinner 12 pc chicken, my chicken had hair all in it and no it wasn't chicken hair. Manager refused to take food and givee my money back. I left food and lost out on my cash NEVER AGAIN

I picked up a 20.00 fill up and when I git him it was cold and nasty I live 2 minutes from the restaurant and it should not have gotten cold that quick. I will never go back

Went there about 4 days ago, drive thru, even though the young at register, was very nice, he gave me impression doesn't know how to count, and I asked for my receipt, looks like he was in training with some girl.he told I needed a receipt.she turned her back on me.the window was open so asked them a 4 more times for my receipt, they just ignored me.then gave me my food and close the window and turned their back on me. I have never had this problem with KFC, always been very nice.always gave me my receipt.just don't get it. I left because they turned their backs on me. I never yelled or tried to argue with them.they acted like I wasn't there.but food was good.no customer service in Lockport, NY

Went to KFC on 9-20-2023, went inside, today, the food was decent, got 3-piece combo and chicken finger combo, to go.the only thing that was odd was there no prices.up on menu board. I think prices a little high Food also was not very warm or hot, place kind of empty, service was fine.

Purchased a 20 piece meal, recorded 8 pieces that were wings, 4 mashed that were only filled up 1/3rd of the way to the top of the bowls. The gravy was like water, tasteless. Chicken was extra crispy but wet and not crisp. Biscuits were very good though. Usually I have to wait a half hour for my food, this time it was ready when I pulled up but was ripped off. I'm done, maybe Popeyes wants my business.

The food was amazing I ordered the hot chicken sandwich only thing wrong with it it wasn't enough hot sauce

This is the second time that I couldn't get the suze order I wanted, they didn't have enough chicken prepared and also the same about the bisquits.

Wrote order down and read to them. Inside, not drive through. Got BOTH meals wrong. And left out nuggets. Went back in. He insisted he was right but we had receipt. Fixed and we went back to car. Still wrong. 2 incorrect sides. Went back in. Still said they were right. But gave us correct sides. Chicken greasy biscuits doughy. Never going back. Lockport NY. Stay away!

This place is a mess. It takes 25 minutes for something as simple as a biscuit and 5 tenders on a Monday. The staff is clueless. Unprofessional, unfriendly and has zero sense of urgency. This place needs to do better or shut down or these 1 star reviews are gonna keep on coming. I think they need a district manager to step in or a gm that actually cares

It costs $5.00 and some change for a side of coleslaw, which I don't mind paying, but they don't even fill the container. There is so much more room to put more in. This is the second time it has happened. It's not worth the price when the container is half full.

Food was good…. Service was subpar. Parking lot is horrendous. Someone is going to damage their car trying to navigate around all of the potholes.

Typical I suppose with a Lockport establishment, racial slurs were strewn about, orders were messed up and a fight damn near happened between employees and customers. Entertaining? Sure. What I want to witness when ordering the Colonels chicken? Not so much. Also, half of the soda drinks weren't functioning, and they were out of cups. Had a 50.00 12 piece order, and only filled the sides 1/3 of the way. The actual chicken was what I expected though, so there's that.

It took 30 minutes to get my food. I ordered a bucket and 2 large sodes. Asked them if everything was there. I live 30 minutes away. Got home and guess what no gravy.it's bad enough waiting that long but to not get everything you paid for just isn't right.

Let's see 44 $ for 12 piece with 3 sides and biscuits except I get no mashed and gravy available and they stiffed me on the biscuits, 25 minute drive this is the last time I vist this lacks establishment. This place was dead for dinner time 430 -5 chicken was soggy AF btw.
