KFC, Brooklyn NY

This is possibly the worst kfc I’ve ever been to. Custom service was not great, setting was not great, but most importantly THE FOOD WAS HORRIBLE. I ordered a 3 piece extra crispy chicken and I could tell it was sitting there for the entire day, it was so dry and old tasting. Also they’re always out of Mountain Dew, so don't even bother asking.

Extremely rude customer service! Placed my order at 1pm to pick up @5 just to go there and for them to tell me they don’t sell the specific thing I ordered anymore.and when I asked how to get my money back they looked at me like I was stupid. Disgusting store never again

This kfc is extremely unprofessional and unorganized. Food takes forever and they never open on time.

They messed up, my whole order.ordered nashville hot tenders, and received regular chicken tenders with the smallest amount of buffalo sauce on them.food was spilled out of boxes.if they didnt have the nashville chicken tenders, they could have called so i can change it to something else.i would recommend going anywhere, but here.

There was a rat on top of the menu peaking I saw it after another customer next to me said look up too his girlfriend I was terrified and got a refund right away

I’m currently waiting with 3 other people for popcorn chicken to be made. I’m picking up for UberEats and it’s unacceptable that given they receive the order before I arrive, they don’t realize to start getting another batch ready of popcorn chicken until I let them know I’m there to pick up for UberEats. Unacceptable. This affects my time I can be making deliveries out there. They need to step up their game.

The worst! I was stand up and only customer waiting for attention that they never gave me.playing in their phones with bad attitude they were. I will never go to that place again.

Always check your order when you order here. They forgot half of my order and charged me for it.

They seem to never have anything at this location! They seem to never have grilled chicken and i went today no sandwich!

$5 fill up is proper beast. The biscuit they give you comes close to ruining the whole meal but is made up for by the tantalizingly deece chicken. The big fella behind the counter might seem slow but he’s on the ball, while the little Keano is shockingly bad. Goggles is also proper rapid with the orders.

Hit and miss in terms of staff, but the $5 fill up is nothing short of outstanding.

The scone is a bizarre but welcome addition - however I've never had jam with me so have never eaten it.

Small KFC but service here is fast food is great freshly made also can sit down here and eat and take out is always an option not sure if Uber Eats delivers from here not so easy to see from the street because of the size of the KFC but service and employees make up for the disadvantage of sight of this establishment prices are also great with some good deals

I ordered extra crispy chicken, got original. Ordered two popcorn combos got only one. What's going on? They won't even answer the phone. Terrible. I don't reccomend this place.

It's not the cleanest place to eat and the chicken wasn't what I remember kfc being. It wasn't fully cooked.

I had a bad experience here. The chicken was tasteless, the place was poorly lit and not very clean. At least the customer service was good.

This store is in very nice location L and M train stop. But I the place need and update don’t look too good.

Most unproffessional and rude staff ever. Got basically the whole order wrong and then argued with each other for 10 minutes in front of me and accused us of lying. Wouldn’t fix it.

Very, very fast service. The food was good, the guy at the cashier was super polite. Not 5 stars because there was no restroom.

Great customer service and food for what is a fairly worn/dated KFC restaurant. The hot honey chicken was superb.

I'll eat here, once in a blue, it's always good. Plus, they've got my favorite coleslaw. Public transportation available on every corner. Parking can be a problem, especially on the weekends.
