I checked out two other practices before choosing Khan Orthodontics. I was kindly greeted by front desk when I walked in. At first, I spoke w/ NP Coordinator Jen, she puts you at ease with her funny and spirited personality. She is extremely informative about insurances and answers all your questions. At the time I was 47 yrs old & very particular how I wanted my teeth to look as well as being unsure if braces were the best choice for me. I liked how Dr. Khan explained the different options and phases of treatment and attentively listened to my concerns. 3 years later I knew I made the right choice. I was in good hands with excellent quality of care and service. Dr. Khans clinical staff gave a level of care, professionalism, and commitment that was beyond superior. You could easily see they are a meticulous staff who genuinely care about patient needs. This is a busy practice and now I understand why, everybody wants the best! While the front desk is pleasant, the dental staff is subpar. How do you not know a tooth is impacted and will never come down? Look elsewhere

My experience in this office was great! I started Invisalign with this office and they are great staff. The staff in the back is very nice.
