I'm using their service since 2015. No complaints about their trustworthy and delicate service. They became a part of our family celebrations. We always wish them the best because they deserve it.

Very bad service! It took 2 months to receive in Uzbekistan. Will never trust

Despite being loyal customers of this company for many years, I've never experienced such terrible treatment before. A couple of weeks ago, my mother sent a package from Tashkent to Los Angeles via Khaymans Group USA. Although the package reached New York, no one bothered to fulfill their promise of calling us. Each time I contact them, I'm met with either rude behavior and empty promises or outright ignorance. The package has been in New York for two weeks, and they keep making excuses for not sending it to Los Angeles. Today, like a week ago, they promised to send it, but it's just empty words. The package was paid for in Tashkent (about 60$ for 3-4 kg + packaging), but still, they claim it's unpaid.
At this point, I'm left with no choice but to express my extreme disappointment with their service. This level of customer service is simply unacceptable, and I will definitely be exploring other options for my shipping needs in the future.

This company is cheating their customers! Our package has not been delivered yet, 3 months have passed! They lie all the time, thieves and swindlers, return our package or pay the cost of the package as in all civilized countries!

Please don't give them a job because they don't know what it means to work hard.
I gave them my parcel 3 months ago still not delivered. When asked when they will deliver each time they say next week and so 3 months, tracking does not work.
They don’t give the exact dates, but they want cash in cash

Very good service. Fast and safe. I dropped my parcel at the local Orlando Ups store on Friday after 3 pm, and my parcel is already in Tashkent at my family’s home. It took 10 days in total. Thank you, guys!

Very terrible service they cheat people. I paid for express shipping but It's been 10 days since I sent my package and it still hasn't shipped. Express package should arrive in 3 days, but they haven't sent it yet 10 days have passed These postal companies need to be shut down.
