Kia of West Nyack Service Center

I came in for emmissions inspection and was helped by Mike, who was very friendly and professional. I did not have to wait long before being serviced. Mike made sure everything was taken care of and any questions I asked were answered with knowledge of the subject. When I visit Kia services, Mike is always a great help! I always look forward in seeing Mike for my service visits. Keep up the excellent job Mike!

Extremely pleased with the service and the personal attention from Neysha. Michael was a pleasure to work with.

Called a month ago for brake pricing and was given verbal estimate for 4 kia brakes and rotors for $700 plus and was told when car went in to replace brakes and resurface rotors will be $900 plus n if replace rotors will be $1400. What a price difference in one month. And communication is none existent. Was told when drive is comming to pick up and drop off car i will be contacted none of that happend. And another reason sent car in for service either sun roof or windshield leaks at ramdom from diver side viser and door area. Service was unable to find cause. The car wash which courtesy is joke. Washed car with water probably and only vacuum front seat area and called it car wash. Not sure if i will be going back to a kia or that dealer even if and when prices of cars come down. Dealers in general are crooks. At the end total came to under $1000 ($993 n change) for new brakes n resurface rotors.

I will never come back again, even if I will sell the car,
My appointment was 8 am to change the windshield wiper arm, the girl on the front desk kept telling me one hour until I spent more than 2 hours for one small thing …. She was talking to me in very unprofessional way.
Why why why?

My advice to you guys, ask about the service before buying anything from this dealership….

All of the staff at this location are wonderful! Ronald was my service representative and oh my goodness, he was phenomenal! He explained every step of the process (my car work was more extensive than expected) and understood every request fully. The mechanic who worked on my car (don't know their name) did an amazing job! I won't ever go to any other location!

Michael was very professional and keep me informed at all times. Very happy with the service I received from him.good people at the from desk.

When to Kia two weeks agoto get an oil change and Luis was very helpful and great. Overall I had. Great experience with them. I was very happy when I got my car back because they had my car wash and vacuum in the inside. Loved coming here.

My car has a malfunction indicator displayed that morning. The car was brought in and analyzed promptly and dealt with. No further problems have developed.

I had a great experience at Kia of west Nyack the hospitality was fantastic and the staff were great.

Michael provided great service, working with corporate Kia to replace the seized engine in my Sorento under extended warranty.

I went in for regular service. Ronald was excellent through the whole process. Clean and comfortable waiting area. Great place. Go in for service and see Ronald! You won’t be disappointed.
