So happy and relieved that Dr K did the procedure on an urgent basis and follow up exam today showed that I am healing properly. Seeing me on an urgent basis is much appreciated.

Dr. Stefan Kieserman was so efficient with my initial appointment. I was in and out in 20 minutes after a full assessment and diagnosis of a few minor ailments and also rescheduled me for a follow up for a more in depth procedure. I highly recommend.

Dr. Keiserman is the best. He’s taken care of me for years. I trust him and we always have a good laugh. As a performer, it’s important to have an ENT that you trust.

My dizziness was so bad that I visited an otorhinolaryngologist here. As the reviews said, the teachers and receptionists were very kind, kind, and courteous. The examination, tests, and explanations were thorough and easy to understand. By the way, there are separate entrances to the hospital, not the main one. It's a short walk to the right from the covered main entrance. *I attached an image.

Everyone in the office is kind, professional, caring, and efficient. Doctor K is an expert in his field! I highly recommend!

I would recommend Dr. Keiserman to anyone who needs an ear, nose and throat doctor. He is professional as well as being thorough. The office staff are efficient and helpful.

Was seen promptly upon arriving. Dr.did a very thorough exam and left me with detailed instructions for follow-up and next steps. Update: I was told to go for a biopsy. However, I did not go to the provider that Dr. Kieserman normally uses (I went to Columbia-presbyterian). It's been about 6 weeks. Apparently if you don't go to the provider Dr. KIeserman uses its on you to track down and get your results. Its beyond frustrating.

He knew exactly how to help me and was very pleasant and thorough when I had an ear infection. Referred a couple of friends to him and they liked him enormously. Recommend him very highly.

My insurance changed so I couldn't see my regular ENT who I really liked, but I have to say, Dr. Kieserman was better! Very thorough, efficient. Felt better immediately and even got my hearing checked.
