Kiki's Authentic Greek Food reviews
12Very nice little Greek spot for lunch. The lamb Gyro was amazing! First time having Kalamata olives in there, but it was tastefully done. Definitely will go there again when I’m the area.
Fries were soaked in grease and super soggy. The gyro was okay. I didn’t get all that I ordered and it was way overpriced, especially considering an item was missing. Wish I could recommend since it’s a local business, but I can’t.
I love this place so much! The flavor is great, the staff is awesome! My favorite is the lamb gyro
The Bad:
1. No waitress to take your order
2. Found out that the menus were at the cash register (1 page on a sheet of regular printer paper)
3. Tried to order a hamburger off the limited menu but was told I could not
4. Ordered a salad $15.45 and a Haddock platter $15.95 for myself and my wife had a gyro $10.95. Wife had a soda $2.25 and I had a water $2.00. Drinks were not listed on the menu and you had to walk over to a cooler to figure out what was available. Total was close to $60.00
5. At the register, the 'Tip Page' came up. BUT we haven't even gotten our food yet. Pay AND Tip in advance is just wrong.
6. No place to put your coat at the round tables. The chairs had no back to them. Either sit on your coat, lay it down on a small dusty shelf or deposit your $270 coat on the floor.
7. A light constantly flickered above making me feel like I was in a 70s disco.
8. My salad came first. Shortly after, my wife had her food and my Haddock came with her food which sat on the table getting cold while I ate my salad.
Note: salad seemed to have one strawberry on it that was thinly sliced
9. No one checked on us to see if everything was OK.
10. No ketchup for the fries. No salt for the fries.
11. The breading on the fried fish was thick so no bun was needed.
12. Fries were cold
13. For the amount of money I spend on food I was very disappointed in that I left the restaurant very hungry.
14. For nearly $60 I had the pleasure of cleaning up our own table. Fellow customers were blocking the trash bin.
15. Place was cold
The good:
The salad appeared to be fresh.
I will never eat or order from here ever again. To many better places out there that are happy to take your hard earned money.
First time there today and glad I stopped by to order take out for the family. Everything was very good and very fresh. We will definitely be back to try some more items. Nice little gem in Camillus!
We had an incredible experience! The team at the food truck was very accommodating of our large party. They worked with us to make sure we had the right amount and variety of food for our party. The food was also delicious!
Delicious food, great service.
Kiki's is the perfect place for a quick meal. We tried the falafel appetizer, the lamb gyro, the chicken gyro, and the tzatziki fries. Everything was delicious, freshly cooked, and FILLING. My boyfriend loved the lamb, the falafel was some of the best I've tried, the chicken gryo was huge, and the fries were pleasantly greasy. I'm stuffed!
Unfortunately i’m going to give this a bad review. Look closely at the chicken salad photo: they use roast chicken. Why would you use dry roast chicken? If it wasn’t drenched in taziki sauce It woulda been super dry.
Wish I coulda ate something else lol waste of appetite
Mixed review, though 5 stars all the way. Hear me out. I love lamb, though probably not enough people order it. The lamb is always in crunchy dried rolls, not from the day I order. Bums me out but somehow the gyro is still insanely delicious. Had the falafel and baklava, both were perfect. This is one of the few places that I go out of my way to hit.
My husband has been here many times for lunch but this was my first visit. I had fried beer battered haddock over rice with cucumbers, tomatoes, tzatziki- simply amazing. The fish was so fresh and delicious. Friendly service. We will be back!
I had a Greek salad, their version of which is basically cucumber based. It was very fresh and good. I went with the lamb on version, which I sort of regretted as the lamb was more bacon-like and too crispy for my tastes.
