We recently experienced a roof leak that caused interior damage to our home. We had used Kimberly Brown Contractor previously to correct a different roofing issue and the problem was solved professionally and at a reasonable price. That was the same result this time.
The crew leader introduced himself, inspected the problem area explained his plan of action to remediate the leak. The crew set up ground cloths to catch debris. The valley where the leak was accumulating was stripped of shingles, a water impermeable mat was installed and new shingles were matched to existing roof shingles.
During the whole process the crew was professional, worked efficiently and steadily always respectful of our property right through the clean up and removal of debris. Several days later we had a storm with 45 mph wind gusts. Every shingle remained intact and there were no leaks. Thanks Kimberly Brown. Our roof looks great and the leakage problem was solved.
