Make sure you ask to see the EXACT apartment you are moving in to before signing the lease. We are paying a newly renovation price, and still have an old ceiling fan, old flooring, and old carpets. I had asked before moving in to see the exact apartment and was told “it wasn’t ready yet” I now know for my future that that is unacceptable. Aside from that maintenance is very friendly and timely. Pet friendly. And the grounds r kept very clean.
