They are extortionists. They charge you for everything and hold you captive by "renting" you their tanks (which they charge you to remove). You will get bills from things from a year ago that you never even knew about. It is ugly. Find someone else. Or better yet, get off of fossil fuels altogether.

Tried to open an Account 3 times. All 3 times a phone call back was promised. Waited weeks and moved on. Tried one last time and told them I was trying to get services from them three tries and they put me on hold. Waited ten minute with droning music and finally hung up. They must be used to losing prospects. Not a very sustainable business model if you ask me, Good luck with that one. MOVING ON.

I ran out of gas at 11.00pm Saturday
There was a strong smell of gas and the boiler was making a loud noise Kimlin were NOT AVAILABLE no promised 24 hour service. I was forced to call 911 and sit outside in my car while firemen verified there was not a gas leak and turned off the boiler. They contacted kimlin and eventually about 2.00am I received some gas. I asked that he light all the pilots on the gas fires but he did not light the main fire in the living space. At 6.09am a truck arrived to fill my household tanks. Luckily I woke up and saw he was going toward the pool tanks and was able to tell him where the house tanks were. I had changed to kimlin because these problems had repeatedly occurred with another company and they promised that would not happen with Kimlin. This is now the second time I have run out of gas even though they have my credit card to charge.

Thanks to Carol, Tim, and Ben from Kingston Kimlin for their help when the regulator on our propane tank started leaking the day before Thanksgiving.

Everyone is a pleasure to work with and their knowledge, service and dedication are first rate. They installed underground tanks, ran new lines and hooked up everything insuring everything in the house worked properly. I recently had an issue and they were out the same day to take care of me. Highly recommend.

Kimlin took 5-months to diagnose an issue with my hot water which took Kosco a 5-minute call to do the same. They charged me for service calls during which the man said he does not work on propane and sent another serviceman, I got charged for both. Then I got charged for each misdiagnosis, I spent over $400 on labor/ parts, hours of phone calls and service calls, to still not fix the problem until Kosco confirmed the last diagnosis in 5 minutes. 5 months of losing hot water and They're solution was to remove the service fee but they will not provide service to my account. I am happy to not use their service when they want to charge $400 for a $40 expansion tank. They still have not gotten the job done 5 months later.if I could give them zero points, I would.

Last year, despite being on automatic delivery, I ran out of propane 3x and several more times where I had to call to ask them to come out because I was getting low. It seems many other customers have had the same issue. They finally corrected this by placing a meter at the unit to tell them when to come out. Customer service was rude, and took several different people to finally get this straightened out, and refunded on emergency calls when my propane heat ran out in mid-winter (despite having prepaid and on automatic delivery.)
