Stayed here for 3 nights whilst attending a conference at the hotel. Rooms were big for NYC and very comfortable. Food during conference was good. Complimentary glass of wine in reception at 5pm each day was a nice touch.

An amazing experience, the room was clean and big in size. The view was the best I have seen in NYC. The service was top class. The bell boy Will was a friendly and helpful guy. The font desk staff was always welcoming with a big smile. The restaurant was good woth amazing food.
Location was very convenient and good.

The staff is friendly and helpful, but the hotel itself is far from being a 4.5 star hotel. The toiletries are beyond average- no shower cap, no toothpaste/ toothbrush, no slippers. There is no coffee maker at the room, no room service. All these things I've had at less starred hotels, for cheaper prices- at least they all had complimentary tea, coffee. Yes, there is complimentary coffee downstairs, until 9: 30AM, but that's not really comfortable/ convenient, seems more like a 3 star hotel thing. The elevators, and corridors look old, and dusty. It was very noisy at times (bad sound isolation). It was a really disappointing experience, especially for the money spent. They charge you a 300 USD deposit, which they say takes up to 10 days for refund for international credit cards, and then charge you what you consume from the minibar, apart from the 300 anyways, so I don't quite understand what the deposit stands for. Rockstars destroying furniture?

Arrived at the hotel at 3 pm, my room wasn't ready until 340 pm. Then, when I got to the room and pulled out the sleeper sofa, the mattress was covered with stains. It took another 45 minutes to get a new mattress. It was the worst place I ever stayed at.

We had an overnight stay after attending a wedding on 5th Avenue. The location was perfect for our stay. A little pricey but hey, it's Manhattan.

This was our first time staying here or with this brand. VERY disappointing. Please double check everything, parking is charged per energy (even though when you call, they tell you that there is in and out at no additional charge.

We are told we could have a bath tub.when we arrived, we were told we’d have to upgrade to a suite to get a tub. We ended up paying $500 per night for our room to have bugs in the bed, very small suite. When we brought the bugs to the attention of the attendant, she stated that they were just part of the weather for NY at this time of the year. Ridiculous! Eventually we did get our room switched.

We still will be contacting corporate.

This visit has been an uncomfortable and disappointing experience. We won’t be back to this hotel.

Service was not nice and they made a complaint that we were smoking and charged us $400. We weren't smoking at all and tried to explain that to them. They even searched our room and didn't find anything or smelled anything. Also we are only 19 years old, not 21. Yet they still charged us. Never staying here again.

I have to give a one star review here, even though (1) the hotel was generally nice, and (2) everyone worked there, from the front desk to the bar and restaurant staff to housekeeping, were just lovely. But we felt extremely uncomfortable, unsafe even, during our stay, for 2 specific reasons:

(1) When we checked in, we found a note left on the dresser. I have attached the picture below. Long story short, some people got sick with legionnaires disease after staying in the hotel. And so the advice was, don't take a hot shower, because it's in the water.

This is a health issue. This needs to be communicated to guests before or during booking, not after check-in! We had an immunocompromised person in our party, and now we were stuck here for 4 nights because the reservation was now non-refundable. This is simply unacceptable. It speaks to a money-grabbing attitude rather than true concern for the guests.

(2) There was dust everywhere. Again, not a housekeeping issue. This came from the vents. Attached is a picture of my iPad screen, the day after we checked in. Covered in dust. It was clean a day earlier. Imagine breathing all of that into your lungs, every day and all night, with nothing you can do about it. Would you stay here if you know?

I sent a polite email after our stay with these concerns, and got a response from a Daniel Entenberg. It was dismissive as you'd expect - correcting my use of language to describe the Legionnaires issue, defending their air filtration system, and no response to my follow-up with pictures. And claiming they have been messaging guests pre-arrival if they have an email on record (they had our email, we did not receive an email). No offer to make things right, no actual genuine concern for their guests.

So anyway, now you know. I hope you can make an informed decision on whether to stay here.

Stayed here for the BLACKPINK show in August with my partner and my dog. Everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations, and I would definitely stay here again.

They were extremely accommodating to my dog, which is huge for us because other hotels have too many ridiculous restrictions that Hotel Eventi does not.

The valet services were exactly what they needed to be, and if I had to mention anyone in particular it would definitely be Fernando. This guy is awesome, kind, and on top of things. He deserves a raise and is probably my favorite part of staying here.

Few days age i was lost my phone.from passing the road by riding chycle. I was so upset.that time a nice gentleboy he is name well he helped me a lot for finding my phone.such a humble and kind person. Thanks

Such a nice hotel in a perfect location. Far enough from Times Square that you get some peace, but easy walk to Broadway. Great sized rooms for NYC. Attentive staff.

I was in the Hotel Cafe and everything was magnificent, the only thing was that the bathrooms were a bit dirty with paper thrown on the floor, and the Lobby was very good but they should clean their carpets better because I felt a flea itch from the dogs that They take the guests, but the security is very good, very helpful

One of the worst hotel experiences of my life.spent a fortune for a spa suite.the spa didnt work unless you wanted 3rd degree burns. The hotel manager (Melvin) is one of the more smug and condescending people i have ever met. He tried to blame me by saying I should have checked the jetted tub when i checked in or called maintenance at 2am when we were about to use it. I highly recommend staying away from this hotel.they offered me a $75 credit for my troubles.rooms can have issues and i get that, but Melvin is potentially one of the worst customer service people i have met. He did everything to ensure I write this review and never stat at a Kimpton chain again. With that said hotel was very nice otherwise.

A wonderful hotel in a great location. Excellent value, safe area. Our room on the 21st floor had an amazing view and was nice and quiet. The staff was very efficient and friendly. Easy to walk all over the area and close to the subway and the many things to do in NYC. We will most definitely stay here again.

Great central location. Super clean all around. Staff was 10/10. I'll give a special shout-out to Will in the lobby. He was the first and last person we saw over the weekend and you couldn't find a more friendly & helpful person for that role. Thanks, Will!
