Have been coming here for years! Always friendly and helpful! Great service and delicious food

This place has incredible service. The food here is great and the dumplings are immaculate. All the staff members are incredibly nice and friendly. You can also tell that they reguraly change their oil based on the taste. They also offer to bring my food out too me due to me being to big to fit through the door. This place is a 10/10 and I would recommend friends and family coming to eat in this place.

I just ordered the boneless spareribs combo. I just want you to know the spareribs were great, but the fried rice tastes disgusting. Maybe it is old and shouldn't be used anymore or it was just a bad day.

After moving from Brooklyn to Staten Island we couldn’t find a Chinese food restaurant that we loved. After many unhappy meals we stumbled upon Kim’s Island and couldn’t have been happier. We order all the time, the food is delicious and prices are great! Totally recommend!

Respectfully I asked for a both spoon and fork with my noodle soup. Got to my Jeep and checked my bag.no fork! So I went back to get my fork. Talked with young man about absence of fork and he asked me "do you want a fork? " The fork was placed on the bottom of the outgoing cabinet unwrapped! I used sanitizer on fork when I got back to my Jeep.

Horrible experience coworker found a button in his dumpling. Yes I'll say it again a BUTTON like on your shirt inside his dumpling. Crazy right!

The food was very tasty! The servings were big. The prices are cheap too. I would recommend this place.

The the cooking is flavorable and the team is welcoming and cooperative.always when we eat in this place we enjoy a splendid evening. I recommend this place with pleasure.

The food is fine. But the person who picked up the phone when I called, said that there was delivery. When ordering the person says "hm" "m" that's all. Then at the end the person told me no delivery.

Food very fresh staff friendly. We were looking for a good place for Chinese food and we found it! The food is very fresh not oily like some places. We are very happy

Best chinese food spot on the island, closest food to Brooklyn Chinese food. Gotta ask for extra sauce though.
