Kinderhook Medical Care, Valatie NY

I called to make an appointment and omg the girl on the phone was so rude I'm glad I couldn't make the appointment. She very extremely rudely informed me "um dr. Kurtovic is RETIRED, this isn't even his office, so. " so I tell her he was on my cdphp find a doc. And I pushed the number for kinderhook but it gave me to you. Forgetting apparently she JUST told me I called the wrong office, she tells me "well, just because of what isaid doesn't mean I can't schedule you for either place" and then proceeded to explain to me how the phone number I called work like I was stupid. I was so mad I hung up on her and I absolutely will NEVER USE a doctor from kinderhook or valatie, nor will I ever reccomend it.
