King Crab, Buffalo NY

Enjoyed this place. Food was good shrimp was over cooked but all in all very good and if I'm in the area again I'll be back.

I did not expect my food to come in a plastic bag but that's how they cook it this is a Oriental themed restaurant for seafood service was poor could have been better ask for fries took awhile to get them ask for butter took a while to get but still not bad bring your own tools to crack crab

Good service and nice area to eat at but the seasoning of the daily seafood special was a bit bland. Something missing in the seasonings.

Whenever I eat out, having great customer service is big deal for me & King Crab service was freaking awesome! Very friendly, quick and SUPER GENEROUS! They would also let me substitute our seafood proteins which I most like about!
I ordered for TOGO weekend special set which is 100$. It included snow crab, blue crabs, lobster tails, mussels, shrimps, eggs, potatoes! Portion was super generous! It would easily costs over 200$ if I had same portion in Boiling crab! They packed nicely, gave us utensils, gloves and plates which are ready to eat at home without doing dishes
Their house special sauce was perfectly made. Not salty at all! You can choose spicy level and I recommend medium level so a little spice kick you!
They have many options of combo sets you can choose too!
If I visit Buffalo or Niagara again, I would eat this again!

Ordered the snow crab special for $29.99. Plenty of food for the price. Although it was a fun experience, it can become a bit messy so wear dark colors. Daughter had the fried shrimp basket. About 8 large shrimp and a ton of seasoned fries. Fun atmosphere, wish they had some music on as you can hear everyone's plastic gloves and bibs. All and all solid 3 stars.

The food was good, it can be a little pricey per person, our waitress was attentive and friendly. However the women's restroom was nasty and a female waitress that was in the restroom when I was in there left without washing her hands

The food was really good, but the service wasn't the best. The server was constantly rushing us to pay even before we all finished which was a little offsetting but the food was good

Price was very reasonable, especially when we took enough food home for two more meals. The shrimp were large and had a lot of meat. Same with lobster. Very good size. Garlic seasoning was the way to go. The daiquiri and martini were both excellent. The waitress was patient and helped us make the best choice for us. We recommended to the hotel staff as well when we returned.

This place is great! Service was delightful, Food came out hot. Fast, and fresh. Best place to go for a seafood boil. Pricing was pretty good too!

I usually always order from king crab & i usually have no issues but this past time, i had a long piece of hair in my seafood boil entangled in the crab leg, & when i told the
manager he blamed me & tried to say that i was lying when i literally have no reason to lie i always purchase from king crab so to say that i lied is very hurtful.my hair isnt even the same color or texture as the hair in the seafood boil bag.the manager tried to tell me i put hair in my own food, as if i would want to ruin my own dinner.very discouraging & they have lost a valuable customer.i will never purchase from this restaurant again, they didn’t even apologize for getting hair in my food instead i was accused of lying & offered a small percentage of money off my next seafood boil as if that makes up for over $100 spent that went right down the drain because i no longer wanted to eat the seafood with hair being in it.

Raw oysters were 0/10. They were rinsed out with water zero brine left in. No fork or lemon with it also. Service was 2/10 kinda rude and had 7 tables by herself. The main course broil was solid. A little skimpy on certain items. Over all storming crab was much better.

The owner I guess was very rude, I placed a pickup order and asked could I sit down, there was no customer service after that, so I stopped her and asked could I get something to drink she rolled her eyes and scoffed! So I had to go another employee and ask and was not able to get anything but a water with lemon.very unwelcoming environment.

My husband and I ordered the special: half pound each of snow crab, headless shrimp, sausage and instead of the two boiled eggs (not a fan) we opted for corn on the cob and potatoes. Meal was enough for the two of us along with his coke and my hot tea. Our server Sissy (spelling?) was great. Pleasant and friendly. The atmosphere is casual. Our choice for dinner on this our last night here in Cheektowaga.

Husband ordered oyster po'boy, but got lobster/crab po'boy like I ordered. It was good, so he wasn't too upset.

We went for Mother's Day. We had a reservation. Not that it mattered. Not that it mattered. The manager had a young waitress covering multiple tables alone for her first day. It took 1/2 an hour to get our drinks. All simple fountain beverages. Our appetizers never arrived. And when our pound of crab arrived, it was clearly weighed with the corn on the cob and potatoes it came with. That was not a pound of crab. We've all ordered crab many times before at other places. When we complained to the manager, he was quite indifferent to the situation. Unacceptable! We do not blame the waitress. She never should have been given that many tables on a day where major specials are being offered.

This place ruined our Mother's Day!
Ordered $150 of over priced seafood only to receive 1/2 our order. They argued and argued about correcting their error and expected us to eat the 40 minute old 1/2.
I guess that's why they weren't very busy on a holiday.
So glad we live in Rochester where there are MUCH better options.
Don't miss this place at all! Have been going downhill for awhile but gave them a chance since it was the only option where we were visiting.
Big mistake.

Took my fiance Brooke out for dinner. It was amazing very good food and staff was great. We Had a great time spending quality time together
